Started a little personal challenge today. No cookies and candy/chocolate for a week. Got through day 1. Had some greek yoghurt with a kiwi instead of a liga this afternoon at work. Let's see how tomorrow goes. #challenge#weekgoal#day1#greekyoghurt#kiwi

Resolving to have a health focused week so I can keep being this fierce, and because my hangover at work yesterday legit nearly killed me. So yoga, boot camp, running, and clean eating. I’d love some accountability buddies if anyone is up for a yoga class at @greenerposturesyoga or a bootcamp class at @dynamicsfitness (DM me). .
I also say this now but surely will end up black out drunk at some point🤷🏻♀️ balance is apart of health. 😉
