Smoothie bowl! 💕 so in love with these. It’s like dessert for breakfast..or in today’s case, lunch.
They’re easy to make and you can add different fruits and veggies to keep it interesting and fun!
In my smoothies I always have at least
1) a few handfuls of greens
2) a banana or avocado to make it smoooth
3) vegan protein powder
4) nutritional supplement ie. chia seeds, flax seeds, spirulina, prebiotics
5) water 💦
Bowls are great because you can top it with granola, nuts/seeds or seed/nut butter, or fruit to add different textures!
