This little nugget turns 20 weeks today! 😍🐾🐾 We celebrated in the sun this morning outside a coffee shop next to our hotel in San Diego to people watch, one of Waffles’ favorite things to do 😆 (before we head to the convention center for the day) Can’t believe we’ve had this little guy for 8 weeks now! When I was fitness counselor at the gym in Russia, I had to educate new clients about classes and personal training. I was required to take every single class at the gym to have an experience that I could pass to a client. -
Back then I tried yoga class several times and totally didn’t like it and even sprained my back a little bit. -
Ever since I was neglecting it until 2 weeks ago when I felt like my body needs a change in my workout routine. - I am much stronger now and I truly enjoyed a class. -
Point here: listen to tour body and don’t afraid to try new things! -
