I have been having a pretty negative start to the day and have been getting in and out of bed not able to relax or function. Around 20 minutes ago it felt as though my #vibrational state had increased substantially and so I set about a very late breakfast. On my way out of the kitchen with my beans on toast covered in a layer of golden grilled cheese (my comfort food. I hope you don't unfriend me @lorena_fiama 😂) . At this point I had a great idea for a post while glancing at the microwave clock. The clock read #144 0 and I'm taking this as a #sign rather than a coincidence. My post will be a testament one way or another.
There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. So I’ll just praise you for the rest of my days and beyond 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Westminster this afternoon. Full of musicians, artists, healers and performance artists. Peaceful extinction rebellion protesting in the Sunday sunshine. May we consider all species and peoples our brethren.
I’m headed to the farmers market to get some cell food. I have been vegetarian on and off for about four years most consistently on. .
I recently went back to my vegetarian diet and I am loving all the benefits as usual, more energy no blood, no gas, proper digestion, clearer skin etc... all of the goodness that comes with a natural and holistic lifestyle.
Spirit led me to this place four years ago and it enhanced me and so many ways.
My spirit has now led me to a new phase in my journey and I am considering going vegan, but not just vegan alkaline vegan.
I have just began my study of Dr. Sebi cell food diet, and I must admit I’m a little nervous about this journey because it requires a tremendous amount of discipline, preparation, most importantly a change of mindset about so many of the foods that have been tampered with and created so many diseases in our society.
if anybody has any experience with the alkaline vegan diet, I am open to all suggestions as well as recipes. There was a transition with my vegetarian diet also but when I was able to find tasty and delicious recipes, it was easy.
Unhealthy processed foods often contain contain cheap fats, refined seed and vegetable oils that are often hydrogenated. This turns them into trans fats. Vegetable oil fats contain excessive amounts of Omega 6 fatty acids, which can drive oxidation and inflammation in the body.
Eating junk food causes your brain biochemistry hijacked by the intense dopamine release that occurs in the brain when they eat these foods. Causing you to get addicted.
Do you Indulge without guilt?? 🐣

It’s social and it involves so many emotions for all of us.
To feel guilt and shame about what we eat not only causes stress but also does more harm than good for our overall health. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We live in times where there are so many inputs on what to eat and NOT to eat! Quick fixes and diets to look this way or that way and sure, many to promote health as well.
I have a simple rule, if you want to eat that banana bread then DO IT!! One piece of cake here and there is not going to change your body the next day... I promise.
It actually takes all the tension and guilt out of the situation.
Try to eat wholesome high nutrient dense food the majority of the time and indulge once in a while 😉
