Respect is care for yourself and others, and showing they (you) matter. We all have feelings, needs, difficulties, hardships. We all are not perfect but we all give our best at every moment.
Needed in education and when being educated.. It could save a lot of pain cause what people want most is respect and appreciation?
How you take a supplement can be just as important as which one you take - both may impact how much of a nutrient your body actually absorbs and is able to use.
A few simple reminders:
💊 If you take a large dose of any mineral, it will compete with other minerals to reduce their absorption.
💊 To combat this, take high dose minerals at a different time of day to other mineral supplements or multivitamin/multimineral supplements.
💊 High supplement doses of calcium, magnesium, certain forms of iron, and zinc (as well as others) may decrease the absorption of carotenoids, such as betacarotene and lycopene, from foods and/or supplements. High dose supplemental zinc can cause copper deficiency by preventing it's absorption.
💊 Some vitamins can enhance the absorption of other nutrients. An example being Vitamin C which can enhance iron absorption from supplements and plant foods.
💊 Use this to your advantage where appropriate to your needs by pairing Vitamin C containing foods (such as pineapple, papaya, kiwifruit and strawberries) with iron containing foods (such a lean meat, beans, spinach and lentils). Pair fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K) with a meal containing fats.
💊 Taking certain supplements with food can reduce side-effects in the gut. Taking magnesium or iron with food can reduce the chance of stomach upset.
💊 Be aware that vitamins and minerals can also affect the absorption and effectiveness of prescription medications or can change their intended action.

CPJ holds seventh youth interaction
Continuing its initiative of holding youth interactions, Center for Peace and Justice (CPJ) on Sunday held an interaction at Rajbagh.
The youth who participated in today's interaction talked about the importance of character building in the Nation building. The participants said: "Honesty and sincerity mirrors itself. If a person with a good character takes the charge of leadership or administration, he/she will always ensure the presence of like-minded person in their work environment." Meanwhile, the attendees urged upon the youth to realize the importance of participation over protestation.
