Every time I make a big leap, immediately after I feel sick to my stomach. I hear myself say “oh f$&k what have I done. Am I crazy to think I could pull this off?”. It doesn’t always happen immediately after, but it always happens at some point.
Why am I sharing this with you?
Because I’m about to head into a private retreat with a 1:1 client starting today and going into Sunday. And my client was also having “oh f$&k” thoughts showing up.
It happens every single time a womxn is on her way to a retreat with me. 2 weeks before the “I should cancel this I don’t feel like traveling.” excuses start popping up. Then sometimes crying. Or weird physical issues like knees hurting or feet unstable. “I feel SO MUCH RESISTANCE to coming to this retreat!” they tell me.
It’s incredible how something that we know is good for us can activate our egos so much. It’s all the ways the world told us we don’t deserve to have the utmost goodness in our lives, our careers, our relationships. It’s all the ways we don’t feel we deserve the next level or that we are not worthy of the most epic love.
Capacity work has changed this “oh f$&k” moment for me over the years. Now it happens briefly, but I can talk myself through it like a good parent would to a child. Or it barely comes up, I just hear it as a distant voice in the background half speaking up and I just give it a hug and tell her to shush with lots of love.
And that ability to do that- that capacity and becoming ever so masterful of it is the difference between stepping into a whole new way of being in the world... or just kind of doing what everyone else does.
There is no way I’m going to let you take that option if what you want is the everything.
And yes you can want everything.
And you can have everything.
You are worthy. You are capable.
So here I go into a potent weekend with a client to expand her capacity to hold handle and receive everything she desires. And to remind her of who she f$&king is.
Declare it out loud now as you read this, what you really, really want. Feel the fear, the exhilaration, all of it.
No, it won’t be an easy path.
But do you actually want easy?
That would be boring.

This mindset shift has created so much positive change in my life.
GOD is good.
WE are beyond blessed to see GOD working miracles all around. I’ve cried those miracle tears more times that I can count.
I’ve seen my friends be braver than brave and stronger than strong. They’re walking through some of the most heart breaking things a person can walk through. Stay strong my friends. STAY HOPEFUL!!📿🎚
When life gets hard, lean into others. Give love. Be love.

Had the privilege of running an event back in my home town in Tasmania this week and had an amazing time.
The event was for growth driven people on how to multiply your success in business and life.
One of the key parts was in order to be successful you’ve got to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
And I mean true discomfort - doing something you really don’t want to, doing something that scares you.
Anything in life worth pursuing doesn’t get achieved without being uncomfortable.....continuously!
Some examples include;
- Creating content on social media
- Starting a new exercise routine
- Saying NO to unhealthy food (when you really want it)
- Getting out of bed early
- Going to bed early
- Giving birth!
- Raising a child
- Making a sale
- Asking for a payment due
- + 1 million other examples
So my question for you is this - how comfortable are you on a daily basis? Give me a score from 1-10 and what do you need to get uncomfortable with in order to grow?
A life where you are so sure of what exactly to focus on and how to confidently move to the next level.
A life where you have set guidelines on how to sustain the success you have achieved.
A life where you do not live in constant fear of one day falling behind your peers, or being unable to handle the demands of the next level of success.
A life where you are so certain on how to move ahead, so certain of the next step to take and the decisions that are right for you.
A life where you do not work so “hard” and yet you’re breaking through and gaining so much mileage.
A life where there’s nothing holding you down and you keep rising higher and attaining long term success..
Imagine that you had the superpower to create this life for yourself, the life of your dreams.
What’s your superpower?
Mine is to help you discover yours, in a non intrusive and fun filled way 😄💃
With love ❤️.
This week we celebrated Tyler’s high school graduation. I told him I wasn’t just proud of what he did but also how he did it. So proud!!! 👨🏻🎓 #classof2019

You are enough. Right now. Just as you are. -
If you never achieved another goal, career milestone, or promotion...you would still be enough.
You are so much more than what you do. You are more than what you possess or how much money you make. -
You are not defined by how your kids behave or how your family behaves (they can be embarrassing, am I right?)...
You’re one in a million. Stop striving and just be ‘you’ this weekend. It’s enough. ☺️
𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬.
Not to have the body of your dreams.
Not even to see visual progress.
Not to be in the best shape of your life.
And honestly, not to accomplish any goal worthwhile.
Yet a day is all it takes to begin building belief, and belief is the foundation of all the above.
In order to have a belief building day, you must accomplish two things.
You must set a plan, or an intention for yourself.
And you must follow through.
It does not matter how big or small the plan, only that you do what you told yourself you were going to do.
If you decide you're going to eat X for breakfast, do it.
If you decide you're going to allow yourself one piece of cake, have one piece of cake. Not two, not half of one, not a piece of one.
The most powerful thing we can do to have what we say we want is to stop lying to ourselves, one decision and action at a time.

When baby naps and successfully transferred to his bed what do I do? I jump with joy and do a little dance but all in a silent mood! ♥️🤣
From all the things I can do during Thomas nap I just wanted to relax and read! Motherhoods sure changes you but loving it! .
What do you mommas do when your baby naps?

Work in the yard and deep cleaning in the house. That was the Saturday morning routine at my home 🏠 growing up. Everything was inspected. No playing w friends or going anywhere until you passed those inspections 🔍. Maybe it was the military family I grew up in that made it this way? All I know is it worked and I’m so grateful my parents enforced this routine. It’s how we do things for my 4️⃣ kids. Living in a house with more than 50 trees 🌳and 100 bushes/plants 🌵requires a ton of work. And sweat here in the Arizona heat 🔥. Its so good for a kid to sweat from working in my opinion. Work before play. If we don’t learn it young I’m not sure we ever learn it. 💥Props to every parent that is teaching their kids the value of work. #decidetolead

How do you know what kind of culture a team or organization has? You find the answer in 2️⃣ places.
First, the results 📈 the team is producing. Second, the stories 🗣 they tell.
We’re brought in all the time to companies to help strengthen or even “fix” the culture. We start by diagnosing 🔍 the current culture. We have detailed assessments we do but the main answer can be found in two two areas.
It sounds super basic I know. But, think about it. When a 👤 new person joins the team they are inundated with stories. Their coworkers 👥 tell them stories about certain people, departments, policies, leaders, and customers.
Once an employee has heard the same type of story twice about someone or something they start to hold beliefs and BOOM 💥 there’s the culture.
One of the very basic ways we help leaders shift the culture is by adjusting the stories THEY tell. 👉🏻 Do not underestimate the power of stories that you, as a leader, tell. You’re telling them all day long without even noticing it. The stories you tell are helping create the culture of your team.
So, if you want people to collaborate more tell stories of when you’ve seen it happen. If you want stories of great customer service tell stories about it. You get the point. Try it. 👀 This simple tip has had a HUGE impact in organizations like Amazon, General Motors, Lockheed Martin, Cigna, Chilis, and many more. #decidetolead
