Days 19/20 of 365: We were off the farm yesterday (hence no post if you’re keeping track 😉), driving down to Mountain View for Nic’s grandmother’s 90th birthday celebration. We had the good fortune of our friend Levi’s willingness to come over and make sure the chicks’ water and the pigs’ bellies were full. Thanks @supermario_logger64 😊 I love coming home to everyone on the farm, but I especially enjoy gathering the quail eggs. They lay them everywhere in their coops, so it’s literally an egg hunt every time I go to gather them. These are coturnix quail, and we sell their small, speckled eggs at @eurekanaturalfoods You can boil them, pickle them, and fry them just like chicken eggs. 🍳You just need more since they’re smaller. With a little extra protein per egg than a chicken egg and essential vitamins and minerals to boot, they certainly make for a healthy snack! 🥚

Happy #TacoTuesday ✨ These breakfast tacos are one of the best I’ve had in a while! The oozy yolk is just 🤤👌🏼 Also finally tried some @sietefoods cassava tacos & they were delish! But tbh, I love their branding so much more 😂 #graphicdesigner.
▫️2 Cassava Flour Tortillas (@sietefood)
▫️2 Sunny Side Up Eggs
▫️1/4 Sweet Potato
Use sweet potatoes that have been boiled already for roughly 15 mins. Cut them in cubes & sauté in olive oil. Season with chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt & pepper.
I warmed up the tacos on a pan for a few minutes & then topped with a sunny side up eggs, the sweet potatoes, sliced avocado, sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, salt & pepper.

- Toast 1 : avocat écrasé avec jus de citron, sel rose d'himalaya et poivre (pour les 3 toasts), concombre et feta. À la grecque 👌🏻
- Toast 2 : avocat écrasé, tomates cerises et billes de mozzarella. À l'italienne 😍
- Toast 3 : avocat écrasé, concombre et un œuf mollet. À...? ( je ne sais pas 🤷🏻♀️😂) mais délicieux quand même 🤤
