“A person without a powerful why will slowly die inside and become a predictable, shift-working zombie” — Tim Denning
If you’re stuck in a rut and your life is not going how you want it too then you need a personal breakthrough. A breakthrough is something that changes the course of your life going forward and ensures that things will never be the same for you again.
Most of what a breakthrough requires is for you to have the courage and the bravery to stops settling for second best. Everything you need in your life already exists. The problem is often that your mind is blocking you from seeing the success tools you need to catapult your life into the right direction.🙌🏼
Fear holds you back from reaching your full potential. and accepting your current situation. Taking ownership of your situation is part of being a mature adult, and once you realise that every problem starts with you, you will have the keys to unlock your unlimited potential.
•Have you hit that low point?•
—> There are multiple ways to look at this- have you hit a low point in the way you see yourself, your relationship with your spouse, Momma hood, friendships, financial? There are so many aspects of life that you can hit rock bottom with. •
•Analyze your story! —> what negative self talk are you giving? Are you bashing your every move? Self-told lies are the barriers of life success! Those negative “I’m not good enough” BS affirmations hold you back from living your best life. Become aware of what your telling yourself... are you being positive?!?!? Throw that negative shit in the trash! No matter how far reaching your dream may seem taking positive steps forward is the only way you may reach it. •
•Make a decision!
—> The moment you make the critical decision is the moment that the rest of your life will change. The hardest part is making that decision!
•Set your standards
—>Standards determine what your minimum requirements are for each area of your life. Once you have set your new standards, you then have a list of what you are not going to accept from the external world or the negative people in your life.
(Sorry long post syndrome 🤦🏼♀️ rest is in the comments)👇🏼👇🏼
Welcome to day 6️⃣ of #OurHeartsOverHead challenge ❤️ You’re all so beautiful! Keep inspiring with your creative inversions and words. I enjoy reading your journal prompts so much 🙏🏼
Today’s pose is #charger or #bowandarrow in #handstand#forearmstand or #headstand
🔹I’m choosing a simple variation without the backbend due to an ongoing muscle spasm in my lower back/ Quadratus lumborum. I’m recommended to not take any backbands to the extreme nor do I want to push myself when a part of my body is hurting.
This is actually a great place to start if you’re into learning the full bow and arrow/charger🔹
I want to remind everyone to please warm up before getting upside down! Especially the wrists if you’re into handstands or shoulderwork if you’re more into forearmstand or headstand 🙏🏼 No injury is worth a beautiful pic or vid ❤️
👉🏽 SWIPE left to see a video of how you can use the wall for this one🙏🏼
Journalprompt 📓 day 6:
Let your mind run free and wild, list 5 things on your bucket list:
1.More travel, anywhere, anytime. On top of my list of countries I’d like to visit for a couple of weeks minimum is Bali and then U.S. Manifesting this 😊
2.More studies - both medical and yoga related. (With this I also hope I’m setting a good example for my kids to cherish the value of studies and reading books #butterflyeffect
3.Finish my own little yoga house at our property. First and foremost it’s for my own practice. We’ll see if I’ll find it interesting to maybe hold space for a smaller group of people in there for some intimate & cozy yoga classes in the future ♥️
4.Sell off some land so I can provide my kids with a good financial start of their adult life in a couple of years.
5. I would love to start hiking. Hiking takes you into nature where the tracks are rough and you really come close to the source of life. Spending time in nature, reminds us of how small we are and how amazing this world actually is. For now I just wander off to some of my favorite spots and love to explore new ones, but to go for a longer hiking maybe start here in Sweden, after that Norway and then further down in Europe - definitely on my bucket list.
