Pastel mornings in Seattle ☀️
Hey - It’s been almost a week since I’ve posted ✌️ This past week I was in London shooting for the FA Cup final (any soccer fans here? Haha) which was a pretty cool experience. This month has been crazy busy but I finally have some time this week to edit so I can’t wait to finish up my next film really soon - it’s in the final stages and I’m so excited about it 😌
View of Machupuchare on my way down from Annapurna Base Camp. I crossed paths with these two sweet Nepali men who were walking up from Machupuchare Base Camp. Thinking I was Nepali (I’m mistaken as being Nepali at least once a day 🤣), they warm-heartedly greeted me in their language, calling me didi (sister) and saying how beautiful (ramro) it was out there. Ramro indeed.
Nepal, you’ve blown me away with the beauty in the hearts & smiles I come across, as well as your majestic landscape. What a special place. I still have a few weeks left here but I can’t wait to come back already.
Bald Hill -- the tallest point on Fishkill Ridge -- provides a unique look at the southern Hudson Highlands (albeit from a distance). The Hudson River has the appearance of a lake from this angle, and is joined by the usual suspects -- Anthony's Nose, Dunderberg, Bald Mtn, the Timp, West Mountain, Bear Mountain among others. @proactiveahw

Many people ask me why I like to go around some countries that have gone so numerous times. I am not too fond of the change; I would not say I like the discovery; I can eat a dish all week long without getting bored. I love Seoul simply because I want to eat some Korean desserts such as Bingsu; I also like to eat fried chicken here. I additionally like to walk alone in the streets full of yellow leaves. On that day, I figured out how to come to this library, It is enormous and stunning. Gonna visit again next time btw 😆
Communications or interactions or conversations whatever you may call it are the foundations of compassion, respect and understanding. Humans over the course of millions of years, through evolution, developed complex and advanced methods of communications but yet we find it difficult to understand, respect or sympathise. We are at war, developing weapons that threaten our very existence. Proof enough that the 'advanced' methods of communications that evolved with us and that we developed are flawed and doesn't satisfy their essential purpose, which is to understand and love. The Earth is not merely a mass of materials, it's not layers upon layers, like how we were taught in geography classes. The Earth is not dead fossil, rather it is all alive, with millions of organs from trees to animals to moss, all in life, all in conversations with each other, in harmony and perfect understanding. The Earth converses to us just like it does to a flower and to a bee who sucks out honey from the flower, and the bee and the flower are in conversations too. Once we interpret these conversations, once we try to respect and understand everything around us, we'll attain a better consciousness and stop killing. Killing people, rivers, oceans, forests. Once we communicate. Not the way we communicate among ourselves these days of course.
Miss my badass yoga friend @yoga_riah hope you had the most wicked time on the retreat at Yellowstone! All the pics and vids had me fired up! Can’t wait till we reunite!
If you asked me to describe my dream house I think it would look exactly like this... Taken about 10 minutes ago, 8 minutes spent climbing a sand dune for reception.⠀

Took a chance on a hike reviewed by only two people over the last two years. The trail was largely unmarked, overgrown and occasionally faded away entirely. The camp site was as makeshift as our planning, but we had the entire mountain to ourselves (aside from at least one bear). ↟
Probably not the smartest approach to a weekend adventure but the view at the top was worth it. ↟
