Training has been feeling on point lately and I’m loving.
I’ve been hitting CrossFit about 2 to 4 times for the past month while also hitting three of my usual style training days.
I honestly can’t decide what I love more😅😂 My endurance is insane so asking me to deadlift, clean, run, burpee, box jump, etc all in one session is amazing to me. But I also love my slowed down, tempo/heavy weight focused days so I’m all over the place 😂
All that being said, this week was my last week of CrossFit because I simply can’t afford another month of it especially with moving houses, working, studying for my ACSM PT and college all piling up on me at once😅(yes it’s a lot)
So sad to see it go but I’m definitely going to be continuing with a lot of the movements on my own during my training😁
I know a lot of people have their judgements about CrossFit but it is seriously a wonderful sport and teaches you so much about what you are capable of.
Don’t knock it ‘til ya try it😉

Perform each exercise back to back and repeat the circuit until your legs can’t take anymore. With each exercise, focus on keeping a tight core, squeezing your glutes, and pushing through your heels. Perform the circuit with either kettlebells or dumbbells, whichever you prefer. I love adding this to the end of my high rep/low weight leg day.... My legs are shaking by the end of it!
1️⃣ Kickback/Lunge Combo
2️⃣ Romanian Deadlifts
3️⃣ Goblet Squats

I walked in the gym today and as I was checking in, the girl at the desk stopped me and said “you’re so pretty” out of nowhere and it made my whole day. Like I was taken back.. The whole point of me sharing this moment of my day is to pass along the message to BE KIND TO PEOPLE!!! Go out of your way to hold the door for someone, compliment a stranger on their hair or their clothes. Do things for people and expect nothing in return. You don’t know what people are going through, and one seemingly tiny act of kindness can touch and change so many lives🌻
Fit chicks would caption this like “my face when my coach says I can get a burger and fries for re-feed.” Or something powerful and motivating about “don’t compare yourself” while literally posting a pic of them looking straight fire 🔥😅

Post-cardio physique! Currently 9 days out and weighing in at around 136lbs. I’m looking really flat, but I’ll be carbing up in a few days to fill out and look my best. The weight and body that I’m at right now is not sustainable at all. I feel like shit, my all whole body is sore, and I’m always hungry. That’s what competing is tho... it’s not healthy. But, I love it cuz it pushes me physically and mentally. Even though I’m going through a lot of pain, I’m willing to give it my all and do my best at this show. Get out of your comfort zone and chase something that you always wanted to achieve. Life’s to short to be worrying about bullshit. Just do it. 💯 #DreamLean

Okayyyy I have a short rant for you alllll 😅😬
It’s really upsetting that the society that we live in now has normalized eating fast food/junk food daily. I like these foods just as much (if not more) than the person next to me 👅 but It’s crazy how people react when they see someone actually eating food that will benefit them and food that will fuel your body instead of do nothing for it.
But then when people see a donut in someone’s hand they praise them for it.
Don’t get me wrong, I think that everyone should eat healthy AND enjoy their fair share of treats too!
The number of times that I get called out for eating healthier options is freakin crazyyyy! I can’t even count them & I can’t imagine how many people actually are insecure about it because it’s not “normal” anymore!
Bottom line: let people eat how they want to eat! Be healthy, fuel your body with good foods, but also, let yourself indulge and enjoy other foods as well 😌

recently my life has been full of changes. I graduated from college in May, went on a week family vacation then jumped into a full-time, desk job. I absolutely love what I am doing but that doesn’t mean I wasn't nervous and even uncertain. I questioned if I made the right decision but still reminded myself that everything will fall into place.
I am a true believer that change is important. There is so much out there in this world and we have every opportunity to experience it all. I want to grow and become the best version of myself; I believe you can do the same if you put your heart and mind to it!

It has been almost 3 weeks since I stepped on stage and my physique is still looking awesome 🤩 I’m rather impressed considering I went on a binge of all the snacks I could get my hands one post show 😅
My abs are hanging on for dear life and I’m contemplating on getting back on the prep grind and either doing another show this fall or trying to put on some more muscle and “bulk” then compete next summer again.
Tell me what y’all think I should do! I’m very on the fence about it and don’t want to rush anything... ALSOOOOO LOOK AT HOW AMAZING THIS NEW @alphalete APPAREL LOOKS honestly the acid green has to be the most badass color they’ve released yet! 🔋

First day working out at USF’s gym in April 2018 vs yesterday! +10 lbs
The me on the left was so hyper focused on my goals that I forgot to really enjoy the ride. The me on the right just had a couple sugar cookies today and didn’t workout because it’s rest day ☯️
Life has been moving a million miles a minute w/ 14-16h days lately, but you’d best believe I’m still taking a step back a couple times a day to be grateful for where I am in the moment.
The biggest transformation here is for sure my mindset and you can see it in my little awk smirk 🤓
If your mindset doesn’t allow you to go out to dinner with your friends or dance around at a concert with a drink in your hand every once in a while, you’ve got to reevaluate your priorities. Not saying you need to drink to have fun, but it’s nice every so often 😊
My purpose in life is to spread love, positivity, and my bad puns (truly not sorry b/c I laugh at them even if you don’t). From the bottom of my heart, I hope you all get a little laugh or feel motivated when you see me, a full time college student w/ 2 jobs, still get her sh* done and find the light in the rollercoaster we call life 💕
