Sparrow offers a unique balance between today’s modern city lifestyle and the rich, historical fabric of the neighbourhood. The lantern-inspired architecture of the building lends an aesthetic that reflects the past, present and future of Chinatown, with a mixture of ground floor retail, office space and stunning residential units.

When I first met @mikeschultenyc, I was perplexed: no suit, no Gamo belt, no Gucci loafers – just tees, hats, and sneakers. 🤷🏻♂️
Got a nice reminder that outward appearances can be deceptive.
@mikeschultenyc is a top performing broker at @citihabitats focusing on Manhattan, BK, and Queens. His team is on track to close north of $15MM in 2018, and they’re just getting warmed up.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the material traps enticingly laid out for us around the city: “watch needs to be nicer than yours, suit a little fresher, apartment a few floors higher, car a little faster, whatever”.
I’ve been a victim to this type of mentality.
Doesn’t work long-term because we’re not bringing any of this stuff with us when we leave.
Cash and prizes are great, but it can’t be the sole motivation.
Mistakes and failures are a normal part of any business. How you learn from them is what will set you apart.
On today's episode, I talk about the biggest mistakes I've made in over 13 years in business and how you can avoid them.

Pretty straightforward refurb in the lounge. The windows changed to double glazing. New carpet and skirting board fitted. Walls prepped before plastering and painting.
We also had the electrics inspected and tested throughout the property 👷🏻♂️ All the plug sockets and light fittings looked old and yellow so these were changed to modern fixtures. 💡
When clients become friends! 🙏🏻
@elyonsys - this is my boy right here! 90% of my clients come in through social, so naturally, we connected on the ‘Gram. I’m always blown away by how many moving pieces there are in a single building: brokers, developers, architects, equity, debt, lawyers, plumbers, title, managers, electric, etc. - everyone plays a part.
Ahron is the mad scientist behind your building - his company installs some of the sickest audio and video systems I’ve ever seen. 🎧
So next time you’re in the elevator, you can thank him for the screen. Audio in your gym and rooftop? Also him. We’ve been discussing some exciting collabs through @realestate, capturing new developments, and helping firms build out state-of-the-art sales galleries.

Made it to the top of the Woolworth. I toured a few dozen buildings last month, and this is by far one of my favorites. Every inch of this building speaks to the timeless architecture and innovative beauty that is New York City.
This is penthouse #40A and it’s on the market for $21,000,000.
