Time Management • One of the hardest things to make yourself do, especially after a long day of work, is study. You need to set goals for the material and alote study times where you are most fresh during the week (I usually suggest one hour in the morning and at least two after work, depending on the person). Any time not used according to plan can be made up on the weekend. Main thing is to stick to the overall weekly goal even if the daily goal is to quite met. Learning how to manage your time will be the best way to accomplish your study goals. #cpatutoring#cpa#studytip

Now I train my back twice a week at least. Cos A MASSIVE BACK is a must for a perfect physique.
What I am doing now is focusing more on the width of back. It is a long way to go. But I see the improvement on my back. Just share the routine and hope it can help u guys build your own tree.

I would like to do 100 videos for HIIT routine.
Decent HIIT after workout can keep heart rate up and burn more fat in less time (EPOC). It is a good way to improve physical performance and cardiovascular health. You needn't do it everyday. Just 3-4 times a week. That is enough for bodybuilders.
How does it work？
1. Finish it after workout routine
2. No rest during all exercise
3. 4 circuits with 45s rest
3. You can do one more round
if you feel it is easy
Great output from these 2 supplements.
Fats (Mct oil) which help you to burn fats, sounds funny , but fact. Just make sure the rest of your diet is on point and it will speed up processes. It will keep your energy level up and in comparison to other healthy fats as flaxseed oil, olive etc it doesn’t taste bad, but it’s good to have all of them cause they have different effect.

What a weekend!! A full year of getting ready for this event and dialing in details and it fully exceeded our greatest expectation! Our goal was to create an event that gave the competitor an experience from the moment they engaged on social media, to registration, right up on to stage. It feels like we created something more, bigger than imaginable.
It truly takes a village and while we appreciate the applause, it is not without some serious distribution. You can have a well laid plan, but without people to appropriately execute on it, it can fall apart. Our ❤ husbands, volunteers (every single one), service providers and venue pulled together and carried out responsibilities with a personal investment towards the Showdown’s success and it showed. The team blew us away with their care and concern towards the competitor. The exhibitors and sponsors generously supported the event, not just monetarily or with swag but with hospitality and personality at their booths and exchanges on social media. The feedback has been overwhelming and left us in moments of emotion and speechlessness. Thank you just doesn’t do it. Honestly, this weekend was beyond something special and it trickled down and affected everyone.

FACT: I’ve been bloated forever.
ANOTHER FACT: I’m super upset by it.
Why am I upset about being bloated? I feel like it’s not representing my hard work I put in every day. My hormones are out of wack right now, so I feel like there’s not much I can do. Except keep drinking my water and maybe start taking my greens for better digestion..still smiling though because I know it’s just temporary and my work will pay off soon! 😌

Lots of fit people working hard and I must say its huge. And the bathrooms and showers wow! ( not that that is what I'm looking for, it's a bonus ) and the real deal when it comes to varitey and being able to smash every muscle at most angles ! I was impressed good stuff 👏👏 #thegymdrifter

Have a business appointment early in the morning but want to make sure the miles driving there are deductible?
The key is to make sure you swing by the office on your way to the appointment.
This makes those miles and that drive a business deduction. How come?
Commuting miles are not deductible, so if you drive straight to your meeting it’s considered a commute and thus not business miles.
By stopping at the office first, you are now AT WORK, and thus no longer commuting.
It also works this way if you are driving between two of your office locations if you have multiple places of business.
The exception to this rule is if you have a qualified home office in your house, then you can drive straight from home to the appointment and it won’t get thrown in the commuter miles bucket.
