When you run in the mountains it’s harder to perform well not only because the views are stunning and you find yourself pausing to snap a picture every know and then but also because the pressure change makes it harder to breathe. Many athletes come to the higher altitudes to train in such environment before the important race. Have you ever ran in bigger altitude and felt the loss of breath?
Hi 🇮🇹&🇨🇭Italy was my top destination all the time and I have always wanted to visit Switzerland, so here I have it, both in one day! Hard to describe how much affection I feel for this part of the world. Sun, mountains, super delicious food and the best thing - so many people running and cycling everywhere! I feel like I have just marched into heaven. Like I’ve stepped away from the bubble I lived in and saw the real world of sports. You see, when living in Lithuania, I don’t spot that many active people during the whole summer as I saw here in 1 day on random Sunday. It would be interesting to see how my schedule changed if I lived here. For some reason, I am pretty sure I would be training most of the time 😁 speaking of which, let’s go to sleep and then get up early for a beautiful morning run! Sweet dreams, have a wonderful week everyone!❤️

While you are enjoying a beer/glass of wine/sofa/netflix or anything else this weekend, remember that someone is pushing the limits and sweating out there. Not to make you feel guilty or anything, just saying. Take time to discover outdoor adventures that are waiting for you!

It won’t be easy but you won’t regret it either! One of the best feelings is when you finish a hard run 👊

Running is awesome. I have said that in almost 600 posts already and I am still thinking this way 🏃🏽♀️🎶🥰
And those who can’t imagine a run without fav tune I have a great product to offer. Extreme amount of baterry life, supreme music quality and snug but comfy fit. All that and more can be said about my prefferred bluetooth headphones. If you are thinking about buying new pair - make sure to use code SEENRUNNING to get 15% discount on @66audio. Have been using them for more than a year already and couldn’t recommend anything more!

What do you do when you wake up so sore you can hardly get out of the bed? You get up and crush a 10K!
Running is the best remedy for everything, trust me 🤜

A day full of winter ❄️💙☃️
While running outdoors, do you enjoy the surroundings or focus all your effort to the speed and technique instead?

How many kilometers logged this week? Remember, you still have the weekend to double the distance!

Don’t stop when there is an obstacle on your way. Find a way to overcome it and beat it!
