I’ve been thinking a lot about mindset lately. It’s been a big, liberating shift in my brain to realize that what my life looks like should be completely unrelated to what anyone else’s looks like. And that I can set big goals that don’t look like other people’s goals, and that’s a GOOD THING!
God didn’t make us all the same. Just because my journey looks different from yours, doesn’t mean either is right or wrong, they just are.
So, all that to say, I’m loving the new path I am on. The combination of being an (almost) mom of 3, wife, part-time CRNA who is home with the kids more often than not, and FASTer Way to Fat Loss® Coach feels like the right path for me and my family and I’m waiting with anticipation to see how it turns out!

So, after my maternity leave, my schedule is completely changing and I’m going to work 2 overnight shifts. Then I will be home all.day.long with all three kids. Every day. Which is a huge answer to prayer, honestly. And most of the time when I think about it, I’m like 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼. However, mornings like today, when my two year old screams for an hour about yogurt, I’m a bit more apprehensive. And more like this. 🤦🏼♀️🙄🙄😭😭. So, Godspeed mamas, and caffeinate. XO
