My new exercise. Dubbed "Slice of He!!". Sit up into decline pushup to knee tuck then repeat, keeping the ball under you the whole time. Got a lil off cam toward the end there 😄. 🔥🔥

Hit another amazing milestone! Under 170 lbs. It was circa 2012 the last time I was this weight.
Overall I've lost about 25 lbs total since March.
Lost 10 lbs. over a five month period with little change in my diet.
Then... Lost 15 more over TWO months with a "keto" nutrition plan.
To say I am proud of myself would be an understatement!
