In all honesty guys.. This workout I put together was no joke!😓💁🏽♂️ and with some, you can easily do in the comforts of your home. Full Body under an hour!⏳ Targets.. Back, chest, shoulders, Abs!!👍🏼 quads, glutes, triceps, & biceps very effective!!! More so if doing with a partner, that way you're resting whilst they're doing their set. OR! you can do them as a superset💨💥 you burning more calories/build muscle. The pump was great💪🏼Swipe🔙

I normally fast before I go to the gym, But! Recently.. with such a busy schedule. And my metabolism changing because of the cold.. My body is craving a bit more carbs!💁🏽♂️"which is not a bad thing" you need carbs for energy. #complexcarbs 👍🏼! Winter's can be sometimes tricky for some people, Because the body is in Fighting mode to stay warm. and that means you're using more energy..So! eating the right things and in moderation are important.. especially for those who are trying to keep their stomach down. and keep off the bloat & so on from the simple carbs.
