Another amazing leg session! 20 set, Max reps pyramid drop set. BRUTAL!!!! We went all the way to the top.130kg And came all the way back down⛰ 20kg Then maxed out!!! As you can see my legs were gone at the end.🤫😇 Powered by plants 🌱👌🏾
