Chicago & New York City Marathon Training Day 68 #Project320 .
Another 30 min easy paced run this morning doing some sightseeing on the way around. Good to get some warm humid weather training in before heading to Chicago in 11 days.

FUELLING BEFORE YOUR TRAINING
To All future Marathoners! You must have started your long runs by now and we hope you are all doing great!
Some of you are probably feeling tired and lightheaded during the runs.
Here are some tips to boost your training, delay fatigue and prevent injuries:
1. Eat before Training
2. Replenish the used energy after a run: [refuel with carbohydrates], [rebuild with protein] and [rehydrate with fluid]
3. Plan enough rest and active recovery days
4. Hydration, hydration, hydration
5. SLEEP (at least 8 hours per night)
6. Listen to your body
