That was a good knuckle pop, wasn’t it 😉
Let me ask you something—what happens if you had 7 rabbits to chase?
Imagine literally go after all 7.
😢 I promise, you’d end up with none.
Now if you only had 1 you’d probably get it.
That’s what happens too often with fitness goals.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about thinking big & being super ambitious.
But what happens too often is this...
Week 1-2: “I want to lose weight so I’m going into a deficit”
Week 3: “You know, I actually want to get big & strong so I’m going to up my calories.”
Week 4: “I actually think I’m going to go back to fat loss”
Week 5-6:”I’m going to recomp & do both at the same time”
Week 7: “I’m not getting results I don’t know why this isn’t working...”
See the issue?
You need to pick your main goal & stick with it for the next 4-6 months.
Otherwise you find yourself not getting anywhere because you keep jumping all around.

The internet is amazing.
It allows us to connect with people all over the word.
It lets us take education & understanding to a whole new level.
But it all is a completely free space that allows dumbasses to post whatever they want.
[teehee hi 👋]
But in all seriousness with that being said you have to be careful of the info you take in.
Here’s just 3 statements that so many people believe that are 100% false.
Things like calorie in vs. calories out is too basic for our bodies but at the same time those same people are buying detox & cleanse kits.
Or things like a 900 calorie ‘natural’ bacon, cheese & avocado burger is supposed to be more conducive for fat loss than a normal 450 calories fast food burger.
Or just because someone thinks they’re in ketosis the law of thermodynamics magically shuts off for them.
So I don’t blame people for being confused & not sure how to go about fat loss.
That’s why I’m here to try & educate on what is true & helpful (without being a spammy 💩 head).
So here’s my fat loss success quicklist:
🍩 If it doesn’t make you happy don’t do it
🍩 If it’s not sustainable for the long game don’t do it
🍩 If it’s extreme don’t do it
🍩 Even if you aren’t counting calories your body is—all of them
🍩 This game is supposed to be slow
Let me know if you need anything.
Love you 😘
By the way, to spread some actual good stuff on the internet I’m going to start rewarding for sharing my content.
So when you tag a friend or share my posts I’m going to be giving away coaching calls, Fat Loss programs, random stuff, & who knows what else.
Calling out my own bullshit.
[Be sure to swipe left to see this whole thing, it’s also on my YouTube as well.]
This is probably one of the most difficult videos I’ve made.
I’ve gotten lazy.
I’ve messed up & let me own fitness goals slide.
I’ve made my own excuses.
I’ve lacked ownership.
So I’ve gained body fat & gotten weak.
I’ve even had people call me out on it about “how do you know so much about fat loss but don’t apply it...”
Yeah, those comments don’t feel good.
Not gonna lie, they can hurt.
But here’s the thing—they aren’t wrong.
They’re 100% valid.
So I’m admitting I messed up & let all that happen.
But here’s the thing—I’m doing something about it.
I’m owning it.
IG & the fitness world is full of highlight reels & perfection but doesn’t show the whole truth & the struggle.
So that’s what I’m doing.
I want to be honest with you & show you I’m not perfect.
I’m going to take you along the with it all.
I’ve you haven’t been able to tell I’ve already dropped about 10lbs so far but I’m turning this whole transformation into a big piece of content.
It’s called the #DailyDonut .
I’m going to take the exact tools I teach you & do them the same way with me.
And at the end of it all I’m going to show you my before & after pictures.
But here’s the thing—while having at least 1 donut every single day.
Because there’s not going to be any deprivation, cheat meals, extremes, keto, or anything like that.
It’s all about slow, steady, appropriate progress.
This is not a “12 week challenge” or a “reset” or anything of the sort.
I’m just showing you how to transform everything in a way that isn’t extreme & is able to be maintained.
I’m super excited so be sure & turn on my notifications so you don’t miss a thing!
Low key-I’m typing this while sitting at my local Mexican restaurant having a big quesadilla 😉
Do you feel stuck?
Like you’re trapped inside this weird fat loss box where all you do is worry & think about food, calories, carbs, & if progress is going to happen or not.
That’s a problem.
That’s not okay.
Too many people feel like they can’t enjoy their life if they’re trying to lose weight.
Like there’s certain foods they can’t have.
Like their life has to be completely consumed with fitness.
Well I’m here to tell you that doesn’t have to be the case.
You can walk out of that box right now.
I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to worry about food all day.
You don’t have to spend every single day at the gym for hours on end.
You don’t have to eliminate certain foods or food groups from your life.
You don’t have to suffer for the sake of fat loss.
So get the idea that you have to go through all that bullshit out of your head & start to see the other ways to go about it.
If you need help with all of this & aren’t sure how to get out of the box shoot me a message.
I can help.
