An exercise ball is an excellent prop to do back extension exercises on. Also because after the extension exercises, you can stretch the lumbar spine nicely into flexion by letting the pelvis fall into posterior tilt on one side of the ball and the upper trunk into flexion around the other side of the ball. πŸ‘πŸ‘
