'Thanks For the Memories' by Cecelia Ahern offers a quirky plot of how two people fall in love without knowing each other. πŸ¦„πŸ¦„πŸ¦„
Joyce Conway meets with a terrible accident and after she is discharged from the hospital she remembers things that she never knew before. History of architecture, Paris, people she has never met. She was once a vegetarian and now shes is a meat lover and she does not understand why. While going through all these sudden changes she has to also deal with the fact that she has had a miscarriage and is getting a divorce. Through all these dilemmas in her life she is attracted to Justin, an American who she feels she knows but hasnt really met before.
Justin Hitchcock is also divorced with an estranged daughter. He arrives at Dublin to give a lecture but he also ends up donating his blood by an attractive doctor, which is more than he bargained for on this trip.
The forces of the universe seem to be pushing them together. But why?

This book is bot a typical love story and requires the reader to think with an open mind because it makes the impossible, possible. This book has divided readers with one side saying this story is 'not believable', to which the other side says, (not literally but in a sense), "if you can believe in Harry Potter why not this?"
{P s. I'm not shading Harry Potter. I love the series so please dont hate me}

This book released in 2008, and just like any of Cecelia's other books, this one is still talked about widely in the book community. πŸ¦„πŸ¦„πŸ¦„
I've rated this book a 4/5 on Goodreads because even though I find it good, I didn't find it truly exceptional like any of Cecelia Ahern's other books.
