A flexible dieter’s path to 1900 calories! 🕵🏻 . . In my experience, flexible dieting is the only path to long-term weight-loss success. When you’re too restrictive it’s hard to stick to your diet over time and it can also lead to some pretty unhealthy eating habits. The photo above is a sample day of eating that would put me in a pretty significant calorie deficit. Full meal breakdown below 👇🏻 . Meal 1 - 2 cups of oatmeal, 5 oz. of strawberries, 5 oz. of raspberries. . Meal 2 - 2 eggs. . Meal 3 - 4 buttermilk chicken strips from McDonalds with 2 packets of BBQ sauce. . Meal 4 - 2 cups of carrot noodles, 4 oz. of chicken, 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes. . Meal 5 - 1 pita, 2 eggs, spinach, red onions, and tomatoes. .     That's normally how I eat at home with my family. My mother cooks healthy meals along with not so healthy ones (still homemade though). I'mm glad i grew up eating in a healthy way still with occasional treat meals!
