I had been dancing for 12 years, and even competed when I was young, but really got back into competing when I started high school. β € β € I really enjoyed competing, but not just because of the trophies, medals, and ribbons. I learned so much about proper fitness, from conditioning and training to nutrition and hydration. β € β € My current fitness routine consists mainly of weight lifting and cardio.
