~ The extra ordinary extraordinary. . A once functional little home built by a man for his family, slowly disappears on a side street of a small country town. . Through the window holes can be glimpsed a disheveled array of original furniture of lives once lived, tossed about and destroyed by the curious and uncaring. . Neat painted lines on the studs suggest this house unusually never had cladding, and possibly built with brick infill noggins, since pilfered. . It may not look like much to the average joe, but with its surprisingly wide lining boards alone, it is a fascinating insight into a world where even the banal can occasionally have an element of the impossible. . This post is for @scruffywooshanks who shows what rewards a little attention may merit πŸ˜‚πŸ• . #australianarchitecture #humblebeginnings #brick #noggin #tinroof #rackandruin
