    I tend to keep it simple with a vinaigrette - olive oil, balsamic and some Dijon mustard. What’s yours?

    Citrus juice and fresh chopped herbs or one based on applesauce that’s been a hit at a few potlucks

    I often sub tahini for the miso and have used smoked paprika vs cumin for collard salad 🥗 yum!
