    I've been working out for 5 months now but I'm taking it really slow because of a knee injury .. I don't go to the gym , I only exercise at home with the aid of some training apps online and I'm committed to my workouts .. They were hard at first but now I can do jumping jacks in 2 min straight or lunges for 3 minutes .. I can notice a huge difference not in how I look but mostly in how I feel .. I'm more stronger than ever and I feel like I'm a healthy person and I can do hard jobs without getting tired.. I do some cardiovascular exercises such as jumping jacks and mountain climber and so ..I've also built some muscles which are improving my metabolism and increasing my burning fat ability .. How much will take me to get to perfect shape I wish I have ?? Ive lost so many pounds and look good in my clothes but I want some belly abs and I'm doing additional abs exercises along with my full body exercise .. I can see a slightly of improvement but not that much .. Notice that I really can't lift and weight at all that pressure on my knee is really hard . and I'm course I'm eating less than I burn but it's healthy food I'm not starving myself .. So how much will take me to get to the shape of my dreams with this slow progress and the fact the I can't add any weight to my workout routine ??

    @hayamzzz this is a great accomplishment! I work with clients who have injuries. One has had both knees replaced. This is a very slow process to working out but well worth it. Keep up the good work!
