. Here’s a brief insight look into some preparation ahead of the new week, going over the potential scenarios for the incredible opportunities that we have this week, cementing it into my subconscious mind. . We’re 6 weeks into 2019 & it never fails to blow my mind the progression that can occur within such a short period of time; if you really focus, work hard & smart and continue to show up consistently day in day out. . If you’re someone right now who is considering committing to your goals... . Or maybe you’re someone who is already on the journey... . The biggest thing I will say is that wherever you are within your own journey... Never underestimate the progression you can make within the course of 3 months, 6 months or a year. . Don’t underestimate the power of consistent action, focus and desire. . “Do something today that your future self will thank you for”.

. There is sooo much that can change in the space of just 2...3...4... years, if you’re willing to put in the work now on the things you want and just stick with it through the ups & downs. . The thing is that the majority of people sadly aren’t willing to put in the work required to develop the skill, become the asset and stick it out to get the life they desire. . But then it’s often the very same people that will spend the same 2...3...4... years studying for a job they don’t necessarily like, for a career they don’t want... To then get caught up in the system and only begin to realise things later on down the line. . Wherever you are right now in your life journey, take full responsibility for your situation... and when you do that, things begin to change. . Something that seems to come to mind when I have thoughts like this is how you want to look back on your life at 90/100 years old... . How do you want to have lived your life? . What legacy do you want to leave? . Remember... . You have one life. . Live it, and go after the things you want.

. Raising your mental frequency ⚛️ . I’m a big believer in visualising your ideal future self and aiming to become that ideal future you, now... as best as you can. . I’m not perfect and I do often forget. I sometimes have to catch myself whenever I feel any old beliefs that don’t serve me, attempt to slip in. . But it’s not about perfection... it’s about the progression. It’s about consistently becoming aware of your thoughts and raising your frequency, into the person you’re aiming to become. . In order to level up towards the future you, you have to get your mind into a higher frequency/vibration. . “You become what you think about most of the time.” 🧠

. This is a small Snippet from January’s YouTube video that was dropped earlier this evening. . Breaking down 3 positions taken on USDCAD, whilst going over some of the biggest lessons taken away from January going into February. . One of the biggest lessons from this month is something that @hutchinsonmark hones in on within the falcon content which is: . Mark: “There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking a position and taking a break even or a loss. But there is everything wrong with taking the break even or the loss, and then not getting involved in the next trade”.

. “Becoming The Trader | January Update & Trade Recap Video has just dropped on YouTube. Link is in Bio. . I’ve been Ghost Mode on YouTube over the last few months 👻 . Mid 2018 I had my focus in a little too many areas for what I could handle at the time. But I believe everything happens for a reason and therefore I went with my gut at the time and put a few different things on hold temporarily. . I thought about it a lot towards the end of last year and i knew YouTube was one of the biggest things I wanted to slowly add into the mix headed into this year. . Super exited to share my very first video of 2019. I have a passion for making these types of videos and I cannot wait to utilise YouTube throughout 2019 to showcase the journey in more detail. . I really hope you enjoy the video. The January Update Video is now Live 🙏🏼

. Daily Structure is something I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. . It’s been something I’ve been refining for the past year or so, and it’s still something that I feel as though I can constantly tweak to improve little bits the further I progress. . I would say my Daily Structure is good. Everyone gets the odd days here and there where you don’t feel as as productive for example... but that’s a part of the process and something you have to power through. . I implement time blocking throughout the mornings to leverage time on each task or goal. How I do this is by setting a timer on for a certain amount of time to complete a task, before moving onto the next. . An example of this could be: * 2 Hours of Backtesting GBPUSD whilst tracking the data on a spreadsheet. . Or... . * 2 Hours of going over a section of the Falcon Content whilst taking detailed notes. . So although I feel as though my structure is good, I know it can be improved throughout the rest of this quarter the maximise progression in 2019. . I really believe that if you have structure throughout the day, you’re great with leveraging time, you don’t get distracted with your phone throughout the day and you really put your energy into your goals then I think you’re giving yourself a huge advantage to grow. . I think especially getting your morning of to the right start is one of the biggest keys into winning the day, which comes back to implementing daily goals and planning the day the night before. . Something that I’ve just recently started implementing is Auto-Replies on my iPhone throughout the mornings, as that’s my main focused time that I set aside for myself to work on my daily goals. . You can “tweak” your phone using ‘Auto Reply’ to block incoming calls and texts and customise it so that you only receive notifications from contacts or favourites during a certain timeframe (mine is 5am-11am) and to send out Auto Replies. . Sounds simple... but it’s something that’s been working effectively for me since the new year, and something I plan on keeping throughout 2019. . What’s one unique thing within your daily structure that helps you get more done? 👊🏼

. Something that’s been in my mind a lot lately is thinking about my future self in more detail and visualising it with clarity. . I’ve been letting my mind wander on it a little earlier on today... Asking myself questions such as: . “In the next 12 months, who do I want to become?” . “What does my Daily Routine look like as a consistent and profitable trader returning double digit months?” . “How do I manage my time with more efficiency to leverage the most out of each day” . “What does a day in the life of my future self in 12 months time look like?” . Asking these types of questions frequently allows me to get in the headspace of my future self and almost... be the person now of who I’ll be in the future. . “The quality of your life is a reflection of the questions you ask”

. Tunnel Vision. . These past few months I’ve been feeling more focused than I ever have before, with new levels of clarity within my trading and on the goals I want to achieve throughout 2019. . You’ve got to truly love this journey... You’ve gotta become obsessed with mastering your craft and the progression that comes with it. . You’ve gotta do what the majority aren’t willing to do and sacrifice things (especially early on) that many people aren’t willing to sacrifice. . But if you’re willing to do that and consistently put in the work despite the opinions of others, then it’s going to be well worth it in the years to come. . We all have 24 hours in a day. . Focus on laying the brick day in day out.. and overtime, you build the wall.

. 10 Days into the new year and the momentum built up to end out 2018 is carrying through into 2019 🚀 . I wanted to quickly touch on a lesson that I’ve taken away from my own journey recently, so that it everyone can learn from the lesson and takeaways. . Something that hit me big time whilst I was in London reflecting on the year, was that Personal Development had taken a back seat slightly for me in Quarter 4. . Let me elaborate... . What happened was that I prioritised my Trading/Trading related work over reading books and listening to audiobooks. . I’ve been thinking about this and I think the reason for this is because my mind naturally sees more opportunity for growth and progression in a 3 hour Backtesting session on EURUSD for example, than it does in picking up a book and doing some reading for an hour. . Because of that, what happened was I then doubled down on the trading related work and then the personal development books got left on the desk. . But the obvious point that I then realised was that both Trading and Personal Development come hand in hand... . Working on my trading alone and then discarding my Personal Development slightly wasn’t going to serve me, help me grow as a person or as a trader. . Personal Development improves your mindset, expands your belief systems and allows you to soak up knowledge in a so many different areas. I can think of a many times I’ve read something on one page during a book and had a mental breakthrough that’s expanded my mind to new levels. . The takeaway from this mistake has been to always continue to work on and improve yourself in every area of life. It’s easy to solely focus on one area alone, and let other areas take a back seat. . But your mind is something that is continuously growing and has limitless potential. Focus on becoming the asset and utilise one of our biggest assets... your brain. . With that lesson in mind, I’ve kicked off 2019 by diving into Chimp Paradox. Game changing first section of the book with a few key takeaways so far. The focus this year is to double down on quality... studying a few key books in detail whilst taking notes, rather than skimming through lots of books.

. 3 years ago, I was 18 years old... . Going through life really trying to find myself, thinking and believing I was lost. But really, I was just super early in the process of figuring myself out. . Some of you may be able to relate, but one of the hardest parts about being early in the process for me, was the loneliness that came with it. . When I say loneliness, I don’t mean because I wasn’t around anyone. . I was around lots of different types of people in different environments. . When I talk about the loneliness, I’m talking about being surrounded by lots of different people, but no one I could really share my goals, ideas or ambitions with. . It’s always a challenge to express a part of the journey in an Instagram post. You get to read about it within the caption, but it’s hard to actually express what that part of the process was like. . As I’m writing out this post, I’m really thinking trying to think back to what it was like at that point in my journey. . It was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve had to go through and I resonate with anyone who’s currently going through it or been through it. . Fast forward 3 years and it’s pretty incredible how much can change from a growth perspective. . I’m now surrounded by so many like minded individuals... and I will never take that for granted. . It’s something I remember imagining over and over again when I was younger, wondering if I’d ever find people who shared a similar mindset about ambition, goals and life in general. . Grateful for every single person I’ve crossed paths with so far on this journey. From everyone within the falcon community to everyone I’ve connected with through social media. I’m so exited for things to come in the next few years and I can’t wait to continue progressing with everyone. . If I was to give my younger self one piece of advice and anyone out there going through a similar process, it would honestly be to trust the journey. . Don’t worry about having everything figured out in the beginning, it’s never meant to be that way. It’s a never ending journey. Surround yourself with other like minded people and it will be the best thing you ever do 🙏🏼❤️🦅

. Final Meetup of 2018 in Manchester with @m.r.gornall celebrating a year of growth. . 2018. . What can I say... . It’s been a year of so many ups and downs throughout this rollercoaster ride of a journey. Each up and every down evolving you day by day into the person you’re striving to become. . Every up and down, every step forward and step back in place for a reason, developing character along the way for the person you’re asking to become... the very best version of yourself. . I’ve spent some time over the past couple of weeks to reflect on everything so far within my journey. . I feel as though I’ve learnt more about myself in the past 12 months, than the previous 3 years combined (which is pretty mind blowing to say the least). . Very grateful for everything this year has had to offer. I’ve had the opportunity to constantly work on the goals that are the most important to me, striving to become better day by day. I’ve had the chance to meet some amazing people who I consider to be family, and for that I will always be grateful. . Here’s to the progression in 2018 🥂 ... and here’s to the growth that’s about to happen in 2019 🥂 . Make 2019 count. One quote that’s always stuck with me from being a 16 year old is this: “One day your life will flash before your eyes, make sure it’s worth watching”
