There are days where it just doesn’t happen. It doesn’t click, or something in or on your mind stops you from moving and doing what you keep telling yourself you have to do. Release that pressure. There isn’t much that’s so important that you have to carry that guilt around with you like a dead weight.
Take some time for you, stop and let it go. It’ll be there when you CHOOSE to go back to it.
Time for yourself under no pressure is valuable time. Yes, it’s important to work your ass off, but not when you feel you’re pushing against the tide.
Take the time off, rejuvenate and come back effectively. That’s working smart.

It’s Your Time!
Many of us wait, and wait, and wait until the time is just right t make the changes we want in our lives.
Meanwhile the minutes, days, months and even years pass us by.
The time will never be just right, but, it’s deeper than that. Something in your mind makes you hesitate. A ‘what if’, it a fear of the unknown, or fear of risk and losing the ground you currently stand on.
If there’s one thing about the human nature, when pressed under the most trying circumstances, we can be incredibly resilient. Time waits for no one and many watch life’s bus pass them by and they harbour regrets later.
Get out there and take a chance on yourself, learn and live your gift, be where you want to be and feel happy and accomplished that you are on ‘your road, cruising along your own highway’.
Life is too short for regret, for holding grudges and having enmity with others.
Forgive and move on, open the door to your own future, spread your arms and fly!
How Do You Respond To Challenge?
Challenge comes at us in many ways, and often unexpected. I believe Opportunity presents itself as challenge.
Have you ever felt you missed the bus because something held you back from stepping up or engaging with something that produced feelings of fear or inadequacy?
When we think ‘we can’t’ it starts to form a fixed mindset towards challenge and power is handed over to our fears.
Fear doesn’t handle challenge well. It will throw everything in your way to give you the excuse not to put yourself on the line.
It will deny you true growth and the opportunity to attain what you are truly capable of.
How do you feel when you had doubts, stepped up and Did It?
I bet it felt great and liberating. You may be good at many things, truly talented even and have formidable strongpoints, but f you keep limitations locked away in your mind there’s a part of your being you are not allowing success to reach.
Free yourself by opening up your fears and make a concerted action towards tackling them. Decide to put them to bed and discover your true strength! #innerstrength#personaldevelopment#peakperformance#mindset#lifecoach#MaxwellMuir#maxwellmuirempowermentcoaching#mentalskills#focus#confidence#faceyourfears

It takes some time to condition something,
It takes time to create the change you want,
It takes a little time to adjust and make a new habit... We often fall hard on ourselves for set backs, for resorting to old habits we are trying so hard to dump.
Keep this in mind... There’s no progression without regression!
We all fall back, stumble or crash at times. Get back on the bike, refuse to quit, get up and walk on, and know that it’s all part of the process.
Yes, setbacks and failures hurt, but they’re necessary. Keep trying, keep going, and keep the faith in yourself.
Your mind and body are resistant to change until you have a habit in place.
Change is a sign of strength!
Keep going! #change#personaldevelopment#MaxwellMuir#maxwellmuirempowermentcoaching
Fear of Failure Stops you from Taking Risk!
Be Afraid of Failure! I am and it’s a healthy place to be. It keeps you sharp in your preparation, it keeps you primed, makes you ready, you learn to plan with precision.
Fear doing nothing and going nowhere!
Fear being trapped into the habit of inactivity!
Fear looking back at life with regret!
Fear of Failure is a good thing if you set your mind to the task, set your bar high and Go For It!

The higher i set my goals increases my chances of taking a fall. That's life!
Falls hurt, set backs hurt, at some point in your life something is going to test you. But you must allow yourself the possibility of success by rising up to meet challenges. You have to turn up, be there, be willing to take the test.
It's liberating, you experience growing pains as you progress but it also steels you for the bigger obstacles that are going to come, and come they will.
I am not made of glass, you are not made of glass. You are the sum of all your beliefs and then some. There is more in you than you ever realized that you can only find out through testing yourself.
Nothing comes easy. Nothing you ever will achieve would feel that special if it did! Maxwell Muir Empowerment Coaching #achievement#empower#personaldevelopment#lifecoaching#MaxwellMuir#maxwellmuirempowermentcoaching#inspirationalquotes#motivation
