due to known issues with our WooCommerce platform alongside Wordpress, using G-Suite and the fact that most people are using free email platforms for their enquiries we aren't receiving our emails through the cart.
I have to manually go in and retrieve each one. If you do get through to us it goes to spam! Most of our emails are going to spam when we reply or just bounce.
It has been the most frustrating thing to try and deal with over recent weeks. Especially at the busiest time of year.
If you are an existing client you should be emailing firstname.lastname@example.org ONLY.
Hire Cart clients should only be emailing email@example.com
Anything else will be null and void and slowly closed down in order to try and start again and weed out any issues.
