From when I used to hide behind a pillow on the couch to drinking my coffee in a bikini and one of Australia’s busiest beaches. I never thought I’d get there, but I new I wanted to get there, so despite my odds at the time and despite nothing on Instagram telling me I could. I tried.
Hey you! Yes you! I’m posting this for you, not for me, because I have all of these photos in my phone, I can just pull them out when I’m down and remind myself of what I’ve accomplished. However you don’t. You might have a voice in your head telling you, you have way to far to go, it’s not worth it. You have way to much to change, your not worth it. You don’t know where to start, so why bother?!?
Here is where you START!
1. Choose 3 days a week right now that you are going to do a workout on. I chose Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday.
2. Go through your pantry and throw ALL of your naughty snack foods. Don’t worry this won’t be a forever good bye, but a reset.
3. Go buy some good protein! I use @tropeaka
4. Set up your little home gym, go get 2x3kg dumbbells, a medicine ball, a gym mat, a skipping rope.
5. Get at least one new set of gym clothes. These will motivate you and help you feel good even if you don’t think you look good because of your circumstances.
4. Jump onto YouTube and choose your 3 x 30 minute home workouts for the week, try to do a legs one, an abs/upper body combo one and a full body one! :)
5. Track your food. Eat how you normally would and track it. I used to use LOSEIT app! So easy! Track your food for a day and see how much your eating, this will then determine how many calories you either need to increase or drop. The app lets you put in your goals and will suggest how much to eat, MAKE SURE YOU LOG YOUR EXERCISE ASWELL.
6. Take a photo. 💓💓💓💓
7. Walk, get in a 30 minute walk as often as you can each week! This will accelerate everything your doing so much!

Don’t let well meaning people talk you out of regaining your health.
When I expressed I was doing the keto diet I had a doctor, 3 trainers, 1 dietitian, a few well meaning friends, acquaintances, and don’t let me get started with all the experts on the internet, saying: “It won’t work.” “It’s unhealthy.” “It’s not a sustainable lifestyle.”.
Man, if I had listen to those folks, I would not have lost 80 lbs, and reversed pre-diabetes and inflammation, all over my body. I wouldn’t have inspired my husband to lose weight, and get off his heart medication or inspire other family and friends, to make a change in their health.
Had I listen to those people I wouldn’t have created this IG Page or our keto365transformation.com website (link in bio) to encourage others to take control of their health. Is keto for you? I don’t know...and you won’t know unless you give it a REAL try, which in my opinion, would be at least 6 months to a year.
When you take the time to understand why the keto diet works, it will be harder for someone to talk you out of it. Make the time to educate yourself with this lifestyle. Find people, books, and podcasts that will educate and inspire you on your journey💪🏽

Good morning & happy Saturday ☕️ I’m so glad it’s the weekend! I still have 4 days left at work and I honestly thought last week was the final one before the Christmas holidays... I was SO tired every morning ☹️ working in education eventually takes its toll!!!!!!! And this term has been a long one.
