Today was an ALL OUT SPRINT DAY!! 3 200’s and 3 100 curbs or bends, as fast as you can run it. My fastest 200 today was a 22.25. Still stuck in those low 22’s. Might need to pick it up on those speed endurance workouts more. My fastest curb (bend) was a 10.7 and 2 10.9’s. My technique feels strong, especially on the curb (bend). I just can’t hold my speed long enough. I might need to touch up my sprint endurance then I should be good. #ReebokRunning#Reebok#BeMoreHuman#Sponsored

Dropped nearly 2 pounds since my last weigh in last Friday at 138.8 lbs. I am sprinting a lot and my diet is very strict. I’m doing this to see if I can hit that 21 second 200 meters. If I do, I will strongly think about competing. Now at 137.0 lbs, I’m only 2 pounds away from reaching my goal, which is 135. The lightest weight I have been in about 13 years. I feel amazing! 🙌🏻

The best shape I have been in my life and I feel amazing. I lost a total of 22 pounds since September. Very good progress for 3 months. My goal is 130-135 lbs.

You can keep on running and your legs might hurt right now, or you can give up and quit, and hurt your manhood forever by making a poor decision, because the going got tough. @reebok#ReebokRunning#BeMoreHuman#Sponsored

22.32 seconds for 200 meters today. Still no 21 yet. Very hard time to accomplish. It’s a work in progress. I just gotta be patient and keep working on it. I think I should focus more on power and flexibility. I think my running technique is getting a little better for sprinting endurance, but I still see a few things to make some improvements.

Always keep yourself grounded. Don’t think too highly of yourself because life will always have a way of humbling you. It’s good to be confident about your abilities but do so quietly. Let your actions make all the noise.

What do you think about my drive and acceleration? It’s a work in progress.
22.31 200 meters today. So close to that 21. Decent accomplishment for now. I’ve been running everyday for the past 2 months. Working out rigorously, focusing on recovery, stretching, and dieting. I haven’t focused on power yet, by going to the gym because I felt like I needed to lose weight and focus on running technique, which I did. I was 159/160 lbs when I started training for track. I weigh now 139.6 lbs. I just got to keep running. @reebok#ReebokRunning#Reebok#Sponsored
I get so caught up in things in my life and sometimes I forget to acknowledge and appreciate the things that matter to me most. My parents! Nearly 30 years of marriage together and you two have taught me to love, to live happy, and to never be afraid of chasing the things you really want out of life. Even if you lose yourself through struggles in life, just keep it going. I see you two have made it out of anything together. I wish to share that someday. As imperfect as I am, I still keep trying to better myself for my career, my life, and my legacy. Through my toughest times in recent years, because I must say that my 20’s have been a battle of mixed emotions about a lot of things, you two have kept me in check through mentoring me and through guidance. Without you two, I don’t know where I’d be. For sure not where I am today. I just wanted to share with the world my love for you two. You guys have saved my life, my sanity, through trials and errors, because of you I don’t quit. I just want to say thank you. I love you forever and I’ll never stop trying. It’s what you taught me.
