"I was hesitant to sign up for Randi’s “RKF 8 week Challenge” thinking I was spending money on a group “one size fits all program” I could easily find online for free, but since I was going away on vacation I gave it a shot! I am so glad I did, the results speak for themselves! This program is more than just a workout plan. Randi takes the time to talk to each of the participants on a weekly basis. These emails aren’t just “blasts” to all the participant’s either she actually takes the time to connect with each participant on a one-on-one level which is rare for a group challenge. Randi has also created a community of girls supporting one another within the challenge, we share our struggles and success and help uplift one another through the Facebook page she has created.As for the challenge, she has created easy to follow, effective exercises I was able to complete at the gym. They weren’t too basic, too repetitive or too complicated and they didn’t take 2 hours to complete. I really liked how half way through the challenged we started a phase 2 where she changed up the exercises to challenge and change it up! Randi’s program has helped me achieve results I could never have imagined. I have nearly doubled my dumbbell weights since starting! I would definitely recommend Randi’s 8 week Challenge to anyone considering it. "💓

On Sept 7th Mama Chris pulled her 6 & 8 year old out of school and hopped on a plane to the Happiest Place on Earth. Their family had been saving for over 3 years so they planned around the "off season" for @disneyland.
Things she learned:
1. While off season is still busy, over the 3 days we got on over 40 rides. All the ones we wanted - some twice. Some we walked right on and the longest wait was 30 min.
2. Paying for a @ridemax subscription was a big help! And using Maxpass for Fastpasses on your phone 👌 Bring a charger!
3. I chose to go on weekdays, again thinking they'd be slower. FYI - in the off season there are NO FIREWORKS during the week. We didn't get to see the Disneyworks!
4. We chose to stay at a hotel 20 min away - @homewoodsuitesirvine - because of the kitchen, pool and hot breakfast included in the amazing rate. Saved a TONNE on food including packing lunch, keeping it in a locker at the park. Bonus - it was 20 min away from Newport Beach as well!
Memories made! The kids were the perfect age for this trip and even my Husband and I had a blast. The scrimping, the saving is so worth it. Take me back to Cali!! 😁☀️

Because I don’t like the beef here (someone please send me some #albertabeef) I like to diversify my chicken dishes with some fish! I’m sharing an easy baked Maple Soy Glazed Salmon recipe. After a fabulous few days on the Oregon Coast and in Portland, today it’s back to reality and routine. I seriously get SO refreshed even with just a few days away & from any time I get to spend near the ocean. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So here’s a Snickerdoodle Smoothie recipe to get back on track - I’m going to be having this on repeat this week with warming cinnamon spice and a little sweetness from @manitobaharvest Hemp Yeah Vanilla Protein! All ingredients that are seriously delish PLUS each serving of the Hemp Yeah Vanilla Protein Powder has 20 grams of protein, 2-4 grams of fibre and 2 grams of Omega 3 and 6! 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp Hemp Yeah Vanilla Protein Powder
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup oats
Pinch sea salt
3-4 ice cubes
