The freshwater lake is situated at the foot of the Healy Pass on the border of Cork & Kerry near the village of Lauragh. Shot from above on the mountain pass it has a very similar shape to Ireland itself.
Another Sunflower Field 🌻
2 over the weekend! Fantastic!
Meet 2 other Staffies there today too!
I feel the doctors should prescribe a walk though a sunflower field with dogs for moments of pure happiness ☀️

Tried something new which is always a bit daunting 🏔
One of my friends has some patches from his trip to some of the American National Parks. I thought they were class and wondered if I could try twist them with a Northern Ireland theme. We have a massive beautiful mountain range: the Mourne Mountains. I thought they would be the best to design and to trail with patches.
So here we are! Lettme know what you think, if you guys like it I may design more and even do a sticker pack :)
Sunflowers and Mollie moo
The field was originally posted a few weeks ago before anything had really bloomed so I held off and I’m so so glad as it was glorious!
Was chatting to the guys and there’s only one more week of the field being open to the public! So make sure you get down this week! Cause I want to see all your pics 💛

Steeped in legend and lore, the town of Kells is a magical place.
Queen Maeve reputedly camped with her army in the area where the Spire of Lloyd now stands, on her way to steal Ulster's prize bull in the ancient, epic tale of The Táin.
The Spire is thought to have been built as a folly - a project to give work to local people in time of famine. Nearby there is a pauper's graveyard, along with a stone cross and several other stone structures. There are also a couple of family-friendly walking trails starting out from here - the Ringfort Walk and the Blackwater River Looped Walk.
The lands around the Spire have now been developed into a community park with picnic tables and a children's playground.
I viaggi on the road sono i nostri preferiti, ma dobbiamo ammettere che sono piuttosto stancanti😂 continui spostamenti, ore passate in macchina, mille imprevisti. 🚗 ⠀
Per questo durante il nostro ultimo viaggio in Irlanda del Nord abbiamo deciso di concederci un po’ di relax! 😎⠀
We love travelling on the road, but at times it gets quite tiring 😂 Thousands places, driving for miles and miles and unexpected events. 🚗 ⠀
That’s why during our last trip to Northern Ireland we decided to take some time off! 😎 ⠀
We booked a wonderful pod with all comforts on the shores of Lower Lough Erne! It even had an external jacuzzi 🤩⠀
Do you also manage to take some time to relax during your trips? 🤓
