Dry lip season is all year around here. For some reason though (not drinking enough water, nutrient deficiency 🤷♀️) my lips have been really bad lately SOO I'm going to challenge myself to start using the balm and exfoliate more consistently. When you're in need of drastic results consistency over a period of time is the key. But the most important one to know is the ‘basic’ position, the one from which most other positions take form: Position your baby on his or her side, facing your nipple. Being my heaviest weight of 175.2kg(385.8lbs) in August 2017, I was told by doctors I could never have children. I didn’t have PCOS they just couldnt find out why other than my weight. So I decided I need to change, and I’m the only one that can decide that ⭐️ When I decided to book in for my VSG( #verticalsleevegastrectomy) at @melbourne_bariatrics, I did it to reduce my health issues such as Chronic sleep apnea and my low blood pressure. But also to have children. I’ve wanted kids for sooooo long!! 2018 has been THE BEST YEAR and who would of thought, my health issues are nearly gone and IM 13 WEEKS PREGNANT 🤰🏻 😍 My doctors said I’m healthier than an average person my age and to keep up with my everyday 💪🏽🥰 I am so so grateful for the love and support from my partner, Family, friends and my social media! Yesterday was ‘one of those days’ and by midday I was literally loosing my mind! My husband irritated me and after a gritted teeth argument he went in the shower and I could hear a tap running downstairs... only to walk in my kitchen and see the water from the bathroom pouring out the ceiling 😧. In that very moment the people collecting my company car called to to tell me they are coming this morning (I will now be car less far earlier than I thought)...honestly 😂
But you know what? I pulled my shit together. I laughed - laughter is so good for the soul and I just sat back and said ‘universe what are you trying to teach me today?’ My perspective on life has changed so much and this is what I’m here to talk about.
We can often feel overwhelmed like it’s one thing after another and everything happens all at once, normally things way out of our control but how we deal with it IS in our control.
Take a deep breath. Remind yourself who the hell you are and how awesome you are and press on forward.
There is ALWAYS light at the end of the tunnel, even when you can’t see it, even when the darkness is so much you can’t ever imagine it getting better - just have faith there is light at the end of the tunnel and you WILL be ok.
My mental health took a bit of a battering yesterday because amongst the things I mentioned a few other things happened too but honestly - talking openly about my journey has helped me so much and I want to continue to say YOU CAN DO THIS!
So if today your already feeling like the world is on your shoulders, know that you have the strength to hold it the hell up and deal with what you need to or just push it off leave it and go to your nearest shop for some cake.

Und weiter geht es mit einem neuen Thema. Einem wie ich finde sehr Kontroversen. Und zwar das Thema clean eating bzw. Gesunde Ernährung. Jetzt dürfen sich die meisten denken, was ist denn daran kontrovers? Denk mal über folgendes nach: Gesund bzw clean kann man auf 1000 verschiedene Arten interpretieren. Betrachte doch mal folgende Liste und vergleiche sie mit deiner Interpretation von Clean bzw gesund. Gesund bedeutet für viele vegan bzw vegetarisch zu leben. Andere wiederum verzichten komplett auf rotes Fleisch, meiden tierische Fette, verteufeln Fructose, würden niemals cheaten, vermeiden Süßstoffe bzw künstliche Süßungsmittel, Zucker sowieso und Gluten sowie Laktose sind praktisch Giftstoffe. Getrunken wird übrigens nur Wasser, maximal Tee aber flüssige Kalorien sind für den Menschen völlig unnatürlich. Und? Isst du gesund? ;) genau diesen Punkten möchte ich mich in den folgenden Artikeln widmen. Das ganze mal ein bisschen kritisch durchleuchten, einige Dinge differenziert betrachten und somit das ganze Thema gesunde Ernährung mal in ein ganz neues Licht rücken. 👍Wie definiert ihr eigentlich gesund? ☝☝Habt ihr euch da oben komplett erkannt oder denkt ihr euch, wie verrückt können Menschen eigentlich sein?
