We are back again this week for another round of #TMB workouts! first round is today at 10am @ Tomerong Hall followed by tomorrow at 10am @Nth Nowra Community Centre.
It's a little chilly outside this morning so the perfect weather for snuggling babies and working up a sweat! When dressing for class in the cooler weather we recommend layers that are easy to shed. Not only does our body build heat when exercising but our little people get extra warm and toasty from the warmth of our carriers and our body heat too! We also suggest layering over your carrier rather than under for ease of removal if you start to feel warm ❤️
First time doing Pilates and @jenselter had the best arabesque we’ve ever seen 🙌😍🔥 It’s always fun trying a new workout that you’ve never done before! Variety is a great way to figure out likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise, but it’s important to stick to a routine to see results because consistency is key 💪
Pilates is a great workout that anyone can do! As a full body workout, pilates tightens and tones the whole body and stabilizes muscles to lengthen them and increase overall strength!

We are so excited to announce that Eddie Modestini and @kristinbosteels are coming back to the SATTVA School in May for 2 incredible workshops!
Kristin will be offering “Yoga for Women’s Health” on Thursday, May 2nd where you will explore postures specific to healing, balancing and opening the female body. This workshop is filling up quickly and it is recommended that you register soon to reserve your space!
Both Eddie and Kristin will also be guiding a weekend “Yoga Immersion” from May 3-5, where we will go deep into our self exploration. Common setbacks or stiffness found within the body are usually connected to a deeper corresponding blockage within the mind. Over the course of the weekend, you will experience a series of therapeutic practices that give you the opportunity to heal the body and mind. Open to all levels of practitioners!
