I’m finding the more and more that I challenge every part of my belief systems and known ways of being in the world i am making deeper contact with the true essence of myself behind all the mental beliefs I’ve held as “me”. ••
This is a really challenging process but one that offers true freedom and deep liberation of the mind-heart-body-soul. I am stepping into each day letting myself be led by LISTENING. Being led by listening as opposed to being lead by mental rule books I’ve lived by all of my life has opened me up to life in ways I never thought possible. (I.e. the mental rule book being whatever the internal dialogue or narrative is that that perfectionist voice inside perpetuates). 🌙 ••
Can you love yourself even, or especially when, things seem messy, chaotic, difficult, and like there are conflicting beliefs and actions in your lived reality? Can you connect to that space inside of yourself that is vaster and more deeply YOU than all of the external?

This probably changes each time I take a class, but today, I am feeling like child's pose feels pretty good! For those of you not familiar with child's pose, you kneel on the floor, touch your big toes together and sit on your heels, then separate your knees about as wide as your hips. Reach your arms forward and lower your head to the floor or a block. It helps to stretch the hips, thighs, and ankles and passively stretches the muscles in your back. It's a great resting / calming pose.

- znížiš stres = okysličené telo + lepšie sústredenie = automaticky prináša pocit kľudu a relaxu - môžeš sa viacej najesť 🙃 20-30 minút cvičenia naštartuje tvoj metabolizmus preto si v kľude môžeš dať chutný koláčik 🥰
- máš čas len pre seba - lepším prúdením krvi v tele prebudíme naše systémy, čiže aj náš imunitný systém nás chráni lepšie (preto jogíni sú veľmi malo chorý 🤫)
- vnútorný svet vytvára tvoj vonkajší svet 😍🥰💖 A toto je len pár pozitív prečo robiť jogu :) ak už máš vytvorenú svoju vlastnú rutinu, nápiš do komentov ako sa cítiš 😊

Have you met Rachel, one of our new yoga teachers?
In 2014, Rachel came to Australia, travelling in a campervan with her partner. After many adventures, she settled in Sydney working in Corporate Marketing. Feeling uninspired and something missing in her life; Rachel craved for a connection, a purpose, a deeper meaning to life.
This journey led her to embark on her Yoga Teacher Training at Sukha Mukha Yoga Studio and Super Sutra Sequencing Advanced Teacher Training, studying primarily Hatha Vinyasa Yoga under the teaching of Idit Hefer-Tamir, Katie Manitsas & Jasmine Tarkeshi.
Following this Rachel has completed a Yin Yoga teaching led by Maryanne Edwards and Restorative Yoga training led by Idit Hefer-Tamir.
Having experienced the many benefits Yoga has to offer, she has an interest in bringing yogic philosophy, mindfulness and gratitude to daily life. By having a regular yoga practice the mind is calmer, connection to all is strengthened and we reside in our own true nature.
Rachel feels truly blessed to have the privilege to teach. Her purpose is to help you feel connected to yourself and universal spirit, build beautiful prana energy and to compassionately offer herself to you in service.

Here is Tiffany’s Bio to get a feel of her beauty, what yoga means to her and what drew her to become a yoga teacher. .
Growing up, my mother owned a dance studio, so movement has been an important part of my life both mentally & physically since I was a child. I continued to dance throughout college, but after school I tried to find new ways to tap into that grace and peace I found in Ballet. I had tried yoga on and off for years but it wasn’t until about 2014 that something clicked and I realized I couldn’t live without practicing yoga. I fell in love with the way my body felt afterward, the way my mind felt the rest of the day, and the way my heart felt the more that I practiced. I was incredibly inspired by the flow of Vinyasa, and in recent years have come to love and appreciate the spiritual & meditative practice as well.
My years in dance and experience teaching dance have given me a deep appreciation of the mind/body connection, as well as the understanding the importance of mindfulness both on and off the mat.
In 2018 I decided that yoga played such an important role in my life that I wanted to reach others in that same way. I completed my 200-hour teacher training in May of 2019 with the Strongsville yoga school under the instruction of Meghan Reimer. I communicate my truth with ease and love 🙏✨🦋 The 5th chakra or Vishuddha meaning purification is our energy centre for communication and listening , with others and our spiritual realm .
Through meditation and chanting we are connecting to the universal consciousness so our practice this week will include lots of breathe work and chanting , exercises to loosen the head and neck , softening of the muscles around the jaw and the face encouraging a healthy energy centre at the throat. Stimulating the thyroid gland which is associated with our throat chakra will also benefit our overall health as this plays a huge part in growth , metabolism and temperature through the process of energy in the body .

I like to make circles on mat—both in my personal practice but especially when I teach, because it means there’s no fixed orientation to allow someone to hide.

Я подумала, что невозможно это не сохранить для истории😆. Если вы боитесь падать, из ширшасаны, пинчи, стойки на руках, просто вспомните это видео моего #epicfail 😅. Спонтанный выход в ганда бхерундасану (ну, почти)😆.
Тут можно еще вспомнить что-нибудь философское из разряда: когда маленькие дети учатся ходить и падают, их это не останавливает учиться дальше😉 (поэтому я встала и сделала второй успешный подход🎉). "Сто дорог перед нами, мы сами их выбираем.
Весь мир каждый день нас делает сильней,
Падаем и взлетаем, падаем и взлетаем." P.S. Ни я, ни пол в йога-студии не пострадали😆😉
