Today I had one of those days...like “ I feel so sad because my practice hasn’t improved at all!😫” but you know what??? That’s okay...I could move and breathe today...I think that might be enough...😆💗 #mondays
We’re soooo excited to move into our new place in Lakewood tomorrow!! 😱 It’s the perfect apartment for us - high ceilings, tons of natural light, close to nature 🌳🍃🌻... It’s been over 2 years since we’ve rented a place anywhere, and we can’t WAIT to root down in a more central location that has everything we need 😍❤️ Even though we will still be traveling a lot, Max is already ready to buy tons of plants 🌱😂 We can’t wait to show you this dope new space! More coming tomorrow about manifesting our dreams in this space ✨🙏 Special thanks to @radpad_dallas for locating the perfect place! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 Wearing summer line @aloyoga (reform leggings + drop crotch shorts)

Day 4: #BloomInToMay Any #birdpose#sidecrow
Today's topic... holidays or vacations.
FUN! ☀️ Ok so I don't actually have any holidays planned right now however I recently found out I have a severe Vitamin D deficiency, so much so that I am on the highest dose possible for next 6 weeks to try and get my levels up. It's been a long old winter and I suffered badly with fatigue, body pain and SAD, as well as catching every illness going, I was so anxious about what was going on for me so it's been a huge weight lifted to have an answer (especially as it's nothing too serious) and now I have the opportunity to heal... AND an excuse to book regular sunny holidays 🎉 first stop South of France to visit @leanne.sheree me thinks 😘
Practising yoga has made me acutely aware of my body and when things are out of whack, it can be such a gift and now I finally have an answer, so I urge you to tune in and listen, if your body is sending you messages pay attention. I recommend everyone having their bloods tested to confirm all your levels are good, it's reassuring and useful to rule any deficiencies out.
Apologies that I tangentially veered away from the main topic but yay to holidays of all kinds. "Each person deserves a day away in which no problems are confronted, no solutions searched for. Each of us needs to withdraw from the cares which will not withdraw from us." ― Maya Angelou
Yoga is such a vulnerable activity, and I’m starting to learn just exactly how vulnerable. Showing up to your first class is intimidating, you feel like you have no idea what you’re doing and that everyone around you are seasoned practitioners (spoiler alert, they aren’t), and once you begin to practice more and start diving into the ideas beyond the physical practice, and begin learning to dive into the deep parts of your life that you’ve ignored, it can feel extremely vulnerable. Teaching is also vulnerable, as you are sharing something that means so much to you and hoping others will gain from your practice, and when they don’t, you can feel like you failed them. Interviewing to teach is vulnerable because rather than telling someone your qualities and skills, you are opening up and showing them a part of your heart, on top of having typical nerves from being in an interview.
It is so vulnerable and makes so much sense that people are so afraid to get involved, or that when they do, they take only the physical practice and leave the rest behind.
Building a relationship with a teacher over time leads to a deeper understanding of your practice over time as a teacher acts as a mirror for you to observe your habits and patterns as they arise. .

Practising Yoga at home was the most convenient when I started 15 years ago. 💥 It helped me build a stronger self confidence and it allowed me to juggle with work and family life. 💃 If you wish to do the same, don’t hesitate to message or call me to know more about the 1 to 1 yoga session I teach! 🙏
One of the most gratifying parts of my job is meeting amazing people and being a part of their yoga experiences. Most of the time, yogis leave yoga feeling GREAT and it feels amazing to know that I had a part in that positive feeling. Today’s @wanderlustfest 108 event in Raleigh, NC was incredibly fun...especially the dance party @solrising and I lead to Beyonce’s “Run the World” and @lightwatkins meditation! Check out my story for more on today’s festivities (and even a clip of me bringing out the old Thai Pop star on stage 🤣). 📷 @solrising

Thank you so much!
How happy I am knowing that by the end of the week, I'll be back in my happy little bubble of yoga teacher training! surrounded by beautiful like minded people, exploring this yoga journey together 🙌 8 full days of bliss 🤸♀️
We made it to izzy's final post op appointment in Philadelphia! It has been a long 5 months of two surgeries and recoveries, newly discovered health problems and the beginning of another health journey.
We celebrated by exploring the city we so much disliked and found so many gems we'd love to come back and visit 😍❤ what a beautiful day!
With this new occupational transition can come lots of confusion and fear. But right now I feel more empowered and excited than I have since I made the decision 4 months ago (I CANT BELIEVE ITS BEEN THAT LONG) to make the journey out to Colorado. Everything is shifting. My heartspace feels electrifying, magical, and connected. I am so on fire. Everything around me is serendipitously falling into place. And I’m finally integrating and using the lessons to surrender to the universal will. •
Part of the reason why I feel so damn connected is because I am in constant use of the amazing tools I have to stay in constant communication with my higher self. Sometimes the signs and signals I receive can get lost in translation. Oracle and tarot cards are MY favorite avenue to help clarify those messages. They provide so much clarity and insight for me as to what’s happening in my internal field so I can integrate and move forward into showing up fully in the external one. •
What are some of your favorite tools? How do you use them and what is the most valuable thing you’ve learned through them most recently?
हसतग्रहे दृष्टि
A beautiful way to start your day, grab your favorite @HardTailForever Tie Dye Leggings and get into yoga. You’ll be comfortable and supported in their super soft cotton leggings and scoop back bra top as you move through all your asanas!

Story behind the photo-
- went out today for my friend’s birthday, so I miraculously put on a pair of jeans (rare occasion) ..
- Visit penthouse apartment with friends that happens to have an amazing view of Charlotte 🏙
- Feels the need to do split on rail because the view is awesome.
- Jeans have no stretch so I got absolutely no where.
- My girl @alexis_blaise was wearing leggings and offered to give me her pants 😂👏🏼🙌🏼
- I put her pants on and snap this picture 📸 - Moral of the story, she’s the real MVP. .
Love y’all, hope everyone had a beautiful weekend ♥️
We are meant to grow, develop, and evolve from every situation because they are opportunities for our growth. If you view your situation as an obstacle, then you will feel stressed out, anxious, and afraid of the outcome. Remember, we are born to win and grow! A tree is naturally meant to grow from a seed into a prosperous 🌳. Winter challenges a tree’s strength, and storms challenge their foundation, but both are meant to help the tree remain strong and rooted as they grow. Believe in yourself and trust the process.
