What's been going on in my life later? Well, you can check out some videos I made to hear about some of the bigger things that have happened recently (link in the Instagram bio). But going, forward...perhaps getting a new job, starting a business, moving to a different state, traveling to a different country, bringing life back inside the car...who knows? But I am healthy, I have beautiful memories, ambitions for the future, and love and friendship in the here-and-now, so I cannot complain.

Hallo allemaal! #SeekDiscomfort#yestheory#yes#dutch#yestheorydutch

One of my favorite quotes from last year is becoming my anthem for 2019: Seek Discomfort.
Discomfort doesn’t feel good in the moment, but when you find yourself in uncomfortable places, you grow and you learn to adapt.
One of the major falsehoods about life is that discomfort will only lead to bad things, while comfort is, for many people, the ultimate goal. The problem with this is that most people don’t decide to push boundaries when they’re comfortable.
Make this year your opportunity to seek out discomfort, push through it, and grow from it. Don’t stay complacent, always move forward.
take me back to the weekend; wine tasting with the best 🍷
Have you ever heard of #yestheory ? They are a group that challenges others to get outside their comfort zone...one of the members @ammar has been doing a #100daysofsweat challenge. I’m a little late to the party as this is my day 1 and he is on day 70 🤣 but this year I have decided to push past my limits. I have a goal to lose 50lbs by this summer (hopefully my birthday) and when I hit that goal I plan to #skydive for the first time 😳 so here’s to #day1 only 99 more to go 💪🏼 #weightlossjourney#weightwatchers#couchto5k@yestheory
What’s up guys! I’m not gonna call it an epiphany but definitely had a change of perspective in my vision of what I want to create when talking to @matchamanbrody this morning. He helped me realise, that more important than trying to catch any attention, is to lay the groundwork for a foundation of a brand that I want to build. Essentially, ask yourself the tough questions about your purpose and once you’ve defined everything necessary, you’re already halfway there!
That’s why I want to introduce a brand which I’ve begun to create “The Mindful Youth.” Mental health support is better than ever before, and support and peer networks have grown a tremendous amount over the last few years. However, something that I’ve struggled to find myself, are like-minded people, who share a greater purpose alongside me. They’re definitely out there, and as I’ve begun to release podcasts and IGTVs, the support from people all over has grown amazingly! I want to put mindfulness, purpose and gratitude into the mainstream for my youth of today, to share our light, gifts, and dope lives, and to always have a support network no matter what any of us go through. Today I introduce to you, “The Mindful Youth,” and this is going to be my main project over the next year. My podcasts will all be focused on the growth of this project, as well as my IGTVs and I’m so grateful for all of your support! I’m excited to grow and build this new community, and this is the beginning of something that can be so dope guys! Lotta love ❤️🤙
The sky is the limit, some people say. I thought about this today and I think: Often we are our own limits. We are so afraid to take the next step, afraid of what could possibly go wrong, that we are convinced we‘ve reached our limit already. But that’s not true, our possibilities are endless - just like the sky. So even though life might be a bit scary every now and then, don’t turn your sky into a ceiling.
Can travelling changes you as a person?
To answer this question, I would like to share something personal with you about my trips.😇
Each country I visited, each city I stayed in, changed something in me! I believe the purpose of travelling is to grow as a person by having new perspectives and new ways to see the world.
There were some big changes in my life while visiting some countries or cities, like the time I visited China 😍, or the time I visited the beautiful city of Istanbul 😘 as my first solo trip, there is also that moment for the first time i put a step in Amsterdam!
Today, I would like to share with you, how visiting Amsterdam was an eye opening to many things around me, things that I used to see from a special angle that I can see now from another angle.
Before visiting Amsterdam, like many of you I guess, I always saw this city as a beautiful and magical city but also as the sin city, where you go to meet the devil or Lucifer or whatever you like to call your own demons, a place where you can only spend your days and nights between drogues and all kinds of alcohol, like an actor in The Hangover movie 😃, a place where the main attraction is the Red Light District…..But something different happened with me.
The first time I visited Amsterdam. I remember, I had a special feeling, something I never experienced before, I felt that at that moment, at that city, like people around me, I was for the first time in my life , Free , Free from social hypocrisy in a place where everybody is proud to be himself , where there is no judgment towards you, where you are not only understood but also accepted as a human for who you are... In Amsterdam you can support Drugs and Prostitution or be against it, nobody cares, everybody was friendly and having a great vibes, starting from the locals that taught me the values of people from the Netherlands and the tourists I met in my hostels.
In other words Amsterdam changes my perception of life of ever…..🙏✍
How about you, do you agree that travelling can change you? #amsterdam#travelblogger
Went on a little hike to the top of the hill for a secret party with the @soundboks crew when we were over shooting for @rise_festival a few weeks back. They know how to party! ( swipe right for the vibe )

Yesterday I had an amazing day with amazing people. It’s crazy to think a YouTube channel and Facebook pages and group chats can bring together some of the most awesome people. All because we all watch @yestheory and joined Facebook groups we all ended up getting to meet. I met some of the most awesome and genuine and like minded people yesterday. It was truly life changing and I can’t put into words how special yesterday was. I feel like I finally met some friends I was supposed to have in my life for a long time. But I also found my worth yesterday. I’m honestly speechless. Be prepared for all the content I got yesterday I have so much new stuff to post. 😌
On a quick note i just wanted to explain something about this tattoo.
Often people ask me, «why the fuck you got YES. tattoed on ur arm?», well, more than its just a simple «YES.», its a lifestyle. Like six months ago i think i came across a group of people that called themselfs «yes theory» and just did crazy stuff on youtube relying on the kindness of strangers, and i think this is something we forget, in this world of cruellness, how nice people can actually be.
And one night i just decided that i wanted to be more like them and living by their motto «seek discomfort» and getting out of my comfort zone. So this «YES.» tattoo is actually a way of life, me trying new things and saying yes more often.
Thanks for inspiring me every single fucking day @yestheory#yestheory@mattdajer@thomasbrag@ammar
