As we near the end of week one of the bbg @sweat program I’m realizing how I’ve pushed myself sooo much harder this round than last time! .
I’m already down 4lbs this week and everything hurts😂(in a good way).I highly recommend this program, the link is in my bio it’s noooo joke!! I’m a serious sweaty mess after every workout 😓 tomorrow is a well deserved rest day !

We're almost 3 weeks into 2019 already.
Many people have given up on their fitness goals?
Maybe you have too.
My hope is that you haven't... and I hope it's because you've learned this truth... That it's not motivation that keeps you going, it's discipline that keeps you going.
Anyone can go into the gym and have a great workout when they feel like crushing it.
Where the real victories... and the real results happen is on the other days.
The days when you don't feel like crushing it.
When your coworkers pissed you off all day... When you got stuck in traffic twice in the same day... When you're tired, hungry and sore and don't feel like training... Those are the days that count.
In discipline there is success.
It's never about motivation... and if you think it is, you'll likely discover the painful feeling of regret.
That is, unless you learn to be consistent and stay disciplined... that's a pain you can live with though, and you should... because it's much less painful than regret.

This was my first time squatting in months
Due to a low back injury I had to scrap squats and deadlifts for a while
Anyways, one thing I really want to get across is that there is no perfect squat
You can line up 100 people and get them all to squat and you will see 100 different things
This is due to different hip structures, leverages, etc.
Don't get stuck in movement patterns because "some coach said it was correct"
When doing squats, do what feels comfortable and right for you
Adjust your stance according to what your body is telling you - yes there are general guidelines to follow when squatting like parallel depth, keeping the core tight etc
But everything from your stance width to the angle your feet are pointed out should be specific to you as to optimize results and avoid injury
Play around with light weight to see what's most comfortable and build from there

Variety for variety’s sake is pointless. Training should be planned, success must be planned for. All the variety in the world is no substitute for correct planning.

SPAGHETTI SQUASH TACO BAKE
➡️ What ya need:
1 gigantic spaghetti squash
1 package extra lean ground chicken
1.5 cups salsa
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 orange pepper
1 large carrot
Handful of green cabbage
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded cheese
@epicureofficial taco seasoning
In the @instantpotofficial, cut up your spaghetti squash and bake according to @nomnompaleo ‘s instructions on their website. Took 10min in my IP! If no IP, bake in oven (this takes a while so prep in advance).
Fry up chicken (or whatever meat tickles your pickle) and add spices. Epicure has a new meat tool that makes cooking ground meat super awesome - swipe for video! Once the meat is browned, throw in sliced veggies. Use whatever you want, I just used what was in my fridge! 🤷🏻♀️
Preheat oven to 350F, grab a large baking pan & spray it with non-stick spray.
Once squash is cooked, use a fork to separate it from the skin and place in baking pan. Take some paper towel and dab the squash to reduce some of the moisture. After the chicken/veg mixture is done cooking, add in the salsa. Mix together. Then add the chicken/veg/salsa mix to the baking pan with the spaghetti squash and mix that all up! Top with shredded cheese.
Place baking pan in oven for 15min or until cheese is all melty to your liking 🤤
