Day 40 of #100daysofwhy is something I really struggle with - asking for help. I’m including this in my reasons why because I’ve realized that asking for help by going to a #weightwatchers meeting or reaching out to my friends, family and online community (you guys!) for support doesn’t make me weak or dramatic. This is a hard journey both #physically and #mentally and it’s okay to ask for #help.
Dinner was perfection! I used the big tomatoes from my neighbor’s garden to make BLTs with TJs Crushed Wheat Sourdough, lite mayo, Kirkland bacon and green leaf lettuce along with the fresh tomatoes. So, so good!
Buffalo chicken baked potato for dinner. I was on the waitlist for an Orangetheory class tonight and didn't get in. So instead I'm eating miceowave popcorn and drinking red wine while watching Ratatouille with @animerb. Sometimes you need a rest day. I got a ⭕ for the day though!
When you have enough points for @halotopcreamery Peaches & Cream IceCream 🙌🏻🤤 1️⃣cup for (6). I had a 🍑 that I decided to grill (I used a skillet) and it came out 👌🏻 I sprayed a couple sprays of butter (0), mixed cinnamon & 1 packet of @Splenda (0) together and sprinkled on top. Grilled for 5️⃣min and voila 💁🏻♀️ the perfect sweet little treat to end my day!

Used some leftover two ingredient dough to make garlic knots (2sp for 2) and had lavash flatbread pizzas (2sp for bread, 1sp for all the pizza sauce, 2sp for cheese)
