SO I have teamed up with @natvianaturalsweetener for **SUGAR AWARENESS WEEK** which is from the 12TH – 18TH NOVEMBER !! When Natvia contacted me several weeks ago to try it out I was very willing because as much as I enjoy baking I honestly did get put off by the amount of sugar that goes into cakes, biscuits, muffins etc as the sugar is a LOT!!! So after trying Natvia I can honestly say (and my page is very HONEST) it’s good! Some of my pals and I have had a little bake off and here are the first batch of butterfly cakes ....Of course I have also pointed them for @WW followers too, woohooo ! I have even compared the pointage against if you were using sugar ! Really tasty, crumblier consistency but still so soft and not dry at all!! Double thumbs up!!Switching to Natvia from sugar in this basic cupcake recipe and butter icing saves u 62SP POINTS!!! Meaning these cakes are 3sp each instead of 8sp and knowing that it has 96% LESS CALORIES than sugar makes me very very HAPPY ! 👍🏻👍🏻➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️➡️ will be posting more recipes in the week!!
Monday morning breakfast! We got up early to take the little to MDO but their electricity was out! So we went to Starbucks and drove around looking at all the pretty snow! ❄️

it’s such a cold and rainy day in north alabama today 🌧 lunch today is a @johnsonville turkey cheddar hot dog (3), a healthy life wheat bun (2), and 1oz of jalapeño cheddar @popcorners (4) 🤤 the perfect lunch!
Lunch was this 5 fsp “pizza” I made. I used the Aldi Fit and Active wraps that are 1 fsp. I then added cheese which was 4fsp, fresh tomato, mushrooms and garlic. So good on this chilly afternoon! 🍕 #healthypizza
The weekend away was so fun and much needed! I ate and drank all the things I wanted and even tracked it! Hello, major negative weeklies. #balancedlife .
Now it’s time to get back to it. First up is my weekly meal plan. I have to say this is one of my favorite things I’ve been doing to keep me on track! I’ll be cooking up a couple of family favorites and also trying a recipe inspired by our weekend fun (Thursday)!

Artichokes are high in fiber, full of vitamin C and increases bile production in the liver. That means better ability to eliminate bad cholesterol from the body!
I was shocked to find out artichoke hearts can be found in the frozen food section of the grocery store! I thought they only came fresh #toomuchwork or in a jar #salad 🌟
This might be my new favorite thing right now - unstuffed artichokes. I didn't even thaw these. Just ran under some water and then tossed with olive oil, flax meal, nutritional yeast and spices. Baked in oven till brown and crisp. I literally ate the entire batch myself - before we sat down to dinner #oops 🌟

Made @theskinnyishdish chicken con broccoli for dinner tonight! I love this dish 😍 Then I packed the leftovers up for lunch this week 😊 It’s normally 8sp a serving but I’m counting mine as 9sp because I divided it up into 6 servings instead of 7. 👌 ALSOOOOO I finished getting the stuff for my giveaway today so be on the lookout for that!!! 😁💕
This chicken was so good! It’s kind of like the Emily Bites chicken except I made it a bit different. I pounded the chicken thin, cooked it on the stove top using mild olive oil, seasoned the top with everything seasoning (just a few shakes— too much makes it too salty!) and garlic seasoning, flipped it and filled the other side with @alouettecheese light garlic & herb cheese (which is amazing btw), then I rolled it up, held it together with a toothpick and seared both sides... YUM!😍 I had garlic seasoned, roasted potatoes & brussels sprouts on the side. (6)
