Last week was tough! I was battling something in my body, everything I was doing, that should have worked, didn't. I knew going into weigh in last week that I was going to be up considerably, but I also knew I had done everything I was supposed to do. I tracked all of my food and exercise for 14 days, most days being drastically under my points (thank you zero point foods). I've been drinking mostly water and unsweetened herbal teas.
I'm learning a lot on this journey. The big thing I learned last week, was the importance of balancing soluble fiber and insoluble fiber.
This week, I knew there was a loss. I felt infinitely better. I just wasnt aware of how much I'd lost. Yes, I know the scale is just a number. But, when you've had 6 months of no real scale movement and a week where you basically gained 3.5 lbs because your body was giving you the middle finger, you do a little dance. You celebrate the victories when they come. Then, when you have weeks of frustration, you find the non scale victories. You readjust and move forward. 💙

Dinner was supposed to be a delicious knock off of the Cheesecake Factory's white chicken chili, but I just didn't feel like it!
So, this is dinner tonight.
1 corn tortilla (2)
Fat-free refried beans (0)
Costo rotisserie chicken (0)
1oz Kroger cheddar (4)
1tlbs Wholly Guacamole (0)
Today’s eats! Plus a tea, and a mini WW protein bar. Finished the day at 26sp. Not the best food choices, but at least I tracked, didn’t binge and stayed within a healthy range. I call that a win 👍🏼 hoping for a better day tomorrow, and an even better week next week! Not expecting much for my weigh in, I didn’t do too well this week. 😞

Today has exhausted me. Working a 12-hour shift waiting tables has done me in. I got the steps and now I’m ready to catch some Zzzzzs. 😴😴😴
This post is brought to you by beer, lots of beer 🍻 •
Another Saturday, another K-State football game. Today was our last game of the season and it was a COLD day! The high was on the low 30’s and the wind was blowing straight into our faces the whole game. I’m currently negative 11 points for the week and I used 73 points today BUT today was a great day. This picture of Hubby and I is proof of how far I’ve come on this journey. On the bottom I’m wearing fleece leggings with my jeans OVER them and knee-high socks! Not only did my jeans go on easily over my leggings but I was also able to pull my socks on over my leggings and up-to my knees without problem! On the top I have a t-shirt, fitted long sleeve shirt, regular long sleeve shirt, hoodie and my winter jacket with both layers! The best part is all of these layers fit without pulling, tugging or stretching! I love that I can grab clothes and put then on and they fit! Seriously the best feeling abc I haven’t had this in over 10 years!
When you and your bestie are both #TeamSour... you go splitsies on @eatsmartsweets sour gummy bears and sour blast buddies! 3SP per bag and they pair well with @theskinnypop! Fantastic Beasts 2 was 🙌! We started wiki-ing and now have 4 theories about the origins of a certain character. 🤣 #100healthydays#day48
I missed #transformationtuesday but 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve waited a long time to post this transformation. Engagement pictures October 2017 —> wedding October 2018. I was at my highest weight around this time last year (260 pounds to be exact); I remember being self conscious about my body just about 24/7. After joining weight watchers in December of 2017, after FINALLY having enough of being unsuccessful with the quick fixes I keep attempting, I lost just over 50 pounds before my wedding last month. This has been one of the most difficult journeys I’ve been on so far, but it has also been the most worthwhile! 💙

HELLOOO #NSV! I haven’t seen you in a while, Size 14. Nice to see ya again. ❤️
Today is what I consider my 1 Year WW Anniversary. Why? Well truth is I rejoined in February 2017 but I screwed around. I didn’t put in the work, but I expected results. Finally, on November 17, 2017, I said enough is enough and I walked back into a @ww studio and never looked back!
In one year:
▪️I have lost 45.6 pounds
▪️I’ve gained confidence ▪️I’m happy again
▪️I’ve gone from a size 14 to 4
▪️I’ve never once felt deprived
Was it easy? No.
Was it hard? No, not really.
You know what’s hard? ▪️hating looking in the mirror
▪️feeling uncomfortable in your clothes
▪️dreading being seen in public
▪️your body aching every day
I promise, if you put in the work you will get the results. Give the plan 100% & the plan will give you 100% back. ▪️find your why & keep it close by
▪️never miss a workshop
▪️weigh in - good or “bad”
▪️celebrates your nonscale victories
▪️make yourself a priority
Here’s to one year of killin it & NEVER looking back!

Is there anything better than breakfast for dinner? Nope! @theskinnyishdish bacon, egg and cheese biscuit bake smells heavenly. 1/6 is 5sp ... watch out McDonalds! 😉
