Mano olha esses balões! Olha essas estrelas!
🇬🇧 Look at these balloons! Look at these stars!
(However, the thing of waking up at 3 in the morning, nobody tells you, haha.) Cappadocia is a very tiring destination, lots of activities to do and everything starts always very early. Is it worth it? Look at the photo again and tell me if it's worth it or not.
Remembering that riding a balloon is a serious matter, so I obviously did it with @kapadokyaballoons, the most traditional service around. #kapadokya#turkey
Flash has always been tricky for me. The last time I did some water flash was probably with @belindabaggs and @myhousepictures when I was a few years younger and had the task of swimming it. Was so cool and humbling to have a old friend of ours @franmiller.com.au come join us for a charter and jump in the water when the sun had done its job for the day.
I miss words say everyday is holiday. I wish that I can come back as soon as possible.

One of the many remarkable spots in Jerusalem is its Mahane Yehuda Market which perfectly represents the bustling life and spirit of the city. A simple walk around full of different scents and aromas, sounds or interactions with the traders surely remains something to reminisce!
Tb to my visit to the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge, the highest and longest glass bridge in the world! 🌿⛰☁️

I went to the Zhangjiajie glass bridge today!! 🙈🌿 The longest and highest glass bridge in the world, hanging over Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Looking from a distance, it looks like a piece of white silk floating between the clouds and fog, hence it is also called Yuntiandu, meaning “a way of glass to the sky”. ☁️⛰

So often exploring cities is so much more amazing when you just look up for a while to get this whole perspective on the buildings around you. The Ancient City is definitely one of these.
Hey beautiful people I hope to connect with beyond this little rectangular box someday 😊
I wanted to share 4 simple ways to improve your relationship with social media:
1. Don’t check your apps in the morning, you’ll start your day off reactive. Turn off push notifications!
2. Unfollow anyone who makes you feel bad about yourself (or whoever promotes stalker-esque behavior😉) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Save all the good things people say to you. All the meaningful words from friends and strangers that are worth remembering. Even writing them down by hand helps to internalize that positivity.
4. Remember that behind every perfectly curated feed is just another regular person incessantly checking their phone.
Bad habits online can be toxic & remembering little things like this has really helped improve my mental/emotional health. We’re here to connect with inspiring people! Not to fuel our self limiting beliefs.
What do you do to get the most out of your time on social media?
