My parents use to hold me accountable. Then my teachers and professors. My various softball coaches and teammates
Along the way this changed. I graduated college. I moved away from home. I became a #narp and entered the work force. .
No one cared if I hit snooze or not. No one cares if I went to the gym or not. No one checked in with me.
When you join our community you get just that. You get a community who cares if you get up and move that day. We care not only that you have goals but we want to reach those goals with you. And not just the fitness ones. We want you to reach for your happiness and beyond 💜
I only know this because I took a chance on the random girl on Instagram who asked me the simple question, “do you want to hear about this opportunity”.
You don’t need a gym to tone up and strengthen your upper body.

It’s not hard to be kind. “Like”if you believe in more kindness and less judgement... for others and for ourselves.
I’ll never understand why certain people purposefully make others feel small or less than and sometimes they don’t even realize it. This actually happened to me the other day and it REALLY bothered me at first. Feeling judged by someone feels awful, especially if it’s someone you know and not just a mean troll on the interwebs.
But remember that your value and worth is not determined by the opinions of others. You can be the sweetest juiciest peach and there will STILL be someone out there who hates peaches. 🍑🤣 People who are hurting themselves may try to hurt others and sometimes all you can do is just bless 💗🙌🏼👋🏼 and release!
Let’s lead with more kindness today.
Phones down and heads up.
Open the door for someone.
Say hi to a stranger
Pay for someone’s coffee in the drive thru or Venmo $5 to your bestie to pay for their coffee.
Call a different friend to let them know you’re thinking about them etc.
It all adds up! Just a thought 💭
Post an emoji if you agree! 👇🏼
For a very long time I didn’t consider myself strong. Both physically, and mentally. I would have used words like bad, not enough, lazy, and unloveable, to describe myself. The moment I took control of my life, made the decision to join a gym, and was introduced to resistance training, all of that changed. Being strong physically gave me to confidence to be strong mentally. These days I would use the words powerful, worthy, unstoppable, and loved 💕🌟 #TheStrengthProject#TheStrengthProjectIsComing .
Was bedeutet stark sein für dich? 💪🏻
