So did a quick little full body workout with my resistance tube elastic from @lidlbelgium 🙏🏼
It is so easy and practical to take with you on a holiday 😎
Give it a try!
1) Tricep kickbacks - to tone the back of your arms. Step on the elastic then bend your elbows and stretch it behind you and squeeze in your triceps 💪🏼
2) Donkey kickbacks - to tone your booty. Place the tube on your foot and hold the other end by your hand, then kick it up and squeeze your booty 🍑
3) Cross chops - to tone your obliques (side abs). Place one tube on your foot and take the elastic, then explosively go up and down to one side of your body 🔥
4) Bicep Lunge combo - place 1 foot on the elastic and then lunge back while doing a bicep curl 👏🏼
Do these 4 exercises for 40 seconds (each side) with 20 seconds rest and repeat for 4 rounds and you have yourself a complete workout! ✌🏼

today’s workout consisted of chest, shoulders, and tri’s! this is a full upper body workout and is super effective! it’s also limited equipment so grab a pair of dumbbells and LET’S GET THIS LIFT!

1️⃣ 3x8-10 dumbbell chest press
2️⃣ 3x8-10 around the world
3️⃣ 3x8-10 incline dumbbell chest press
4️⃣ 3x8-10 dumbbell shoulder press
5️⃣ 3x8-10 tricep kickbacks
6️⃣ 2 sets of body weight burnout - 4 shoulder taps to one tricep push up. do until failure then repeat once more!
don’t be afraid to workout your upper body babes! it won’t make you bulky i promise! having a overall balanced physique is key! 🙌🏽💪🏽
