80% of the people who make new years resolutions don't keep up with them.
But not this year, not you.
You're going to be the 20% that actually does what they say they're going to do.
You are going to get up early and go to bed late. .
You're going to write down your goals and actually do them.
Because you are worth it.
You are worth all of the amazing things in life.
God didn't make you to be ordinary.
He made you to be extraordinary.
So why don't you take Him up on that??
Gearing up for a snow storm here in Ohio!!!! Good thing my gym is at my house aka anywhere because it’s all on my phone and I just need a floor! .
And oh ya we have plenty of snacks! .
Bring on the snow! .
It’s so weird looking back in time at old pictures of yourself. You start reflecting on how much you’ve grown and changed, both physically and mentally ❤️ Girl on the left-no confidence at all. Shy, reserved, quiet. Living life quite afraid to take chances.
Girl on the right-Sure of herself, smiles more, follows her heart, more outgoing, wants to live a bold life ✨
Quick, easy breakfast for me this morning while the twins napped!
Quick oats topped with an apple, natural pb, and some cinnamon 🤤
✨She loved a little boy very much, even more than she loved herself ✨

Who wants to learn how to bling out their shoes?
People always ask me where I buy them. If you ever see me wearing these you better bring your sunglasses 🤣
The more sparkles, the bigger my smile 🤣❤️👏
Stay tuned to my Lives/ stories and I will teach you my tricks! 💋🦄 #theylookbetterinperson
Feeling good in something besides a robe😆 Even good situations can get overwhelming when we forget to take care of ourselves. My #10dayspostpartum self wants to always be holding precious Noah or loving on him and between that and feeding him and trying to do some other things I've needed to stop and remind myself that taking a nap when he does, remembering to get my devotional in and making sure I'm taking care of myself as best I can is what's going to allow me to take the best care of him too.
Soo whatever the situation, busy work schedule, a new baby, etc. Remember that taking care of yourself allows you to give your best in everything else! Soo just a reminder to do those little things that help you to feel your best!

By the time I filmed this he was not happy in his chair, but he was happy with squats lol sound on the first clip for you😅 a weight is of course preferred here😆
Lower body moves for you! I always keep a close eye on my form but holding him really forced me to slow it down and focus on my breathing and form and it actuly felt great here soo yayy for discoveries there!
I did decide to finish this later when Gus is home to hold him becauseee he definitely needed a nap and to eat again. Soo that's what we did! More important than squeezing the workout in this second but it will he done!

Sometimes progress stalls, it doesn't mean you've failed. Any goal has periods of great forward motion and ones where it seems like were doing eveything right with no progress. Keep going through the those slow periods. Sometimes we just need time or we're being prepared to handle something that comes with our success. It always pays off to keep giving your best! I had super quick progress the first few weeks post partum but haven't seen massive changes the past 2 or so weeks. I've also definitely lost some muscle and progress in my legs& glutes during these 5 weeks. I could be discouraged and let it lead me to give less effort and care less so I'm not disappointed. Or I can keep going, knowing that I just need give myself grace & time while being consist and patient ♡ whatever it is, #YouGotThis guys!

Lower body🔥some SugarySixpack app favorites & future additions 👌🏼 last slide is purely for your enjoyment 🤣
So again, I'm focusing on my deep core engagement here and either using a light connection through the exercise(while still breathing!) or the belly pump! (first exercise coupled with my pants makes breathing look a little funky buttt, working on it there too!)
Should I make a quick video explaining the difference? If you have the SugarySixpack app there are videos on both in the 'sugary videos' section!:)
Be sure whatever you're stepping on is sturdy!

The reality of my 3 days postpartum abs is still looking pregnant😄 Before being pregnant I had no idea that this was a thing and if I'm honest, I wasn't super pumped about it when I found out but just like the labor, it's a million percent worth it to me now that's he's here. Our bodies are capable of amazing things, amazing change and amazing progress. We just have to give them time. Post partum or not were so hard on ourselves. We want the progress we want and we want it quick. But it's so important to remind ourselves that the journey, the steps we take to progress and seeing ourselves actually get there is half the amazingness of reaching a goal or a milestone in life💕

We all have days where it feels like everything happening is poo💩(if you're me, your baby may have actually poo'ed on you🤣). Noah & I had a less than stellar night of sleep and I almost shed a tear while begging a 3.5 week old baby that can't understand me to fall asleep😅 (it's amazing what no sleep will do to you) but I eventually got to sleep, woke up the next morning, it was a new day and it's all good. I lived, in reality it was a short amount of time, and eventually he will sleep through the night. Every time there's a day that feels like this I try to remember it's an opportunity. It's an opportunity to practice patience, being kind even when things are going wrong and even grace for myself when I fail at these things or don't handle something like I wish I would have. None of us are perfect but we don't have to be. All we can do is our best to slowly but surely work our way towards being who we want and cultivating the qualities we want to see in ourselves. Soo whatever life is throwing your way, big or small challenges, handled well or maybe not as well as you'd like- don't you give up, #yougotthis!
