Get your next leg day started with 5 reps of “Good Mornings” followed by lunges 💪🏼 by going down & back with at least 4 reps of each leg before turning around and finishing off your lunges! Right before you’re finished do 5 more Good Mornings then call it a set! Get your heart rate and your blood pumping! Finish off with a total of 4 sets and you’ll be toasted by the time you’re finished 🤤😩😁 👈 that’s how you’ll feel once you finish this workout! Schools been crazy lately. Living at the computer lab these days, so training has been put on the back burner these last few months. Finally finding my rhythm again and having fun being at the gym. One more year for that degree! 🙏🏽

I hope everyone’s Saturday has been going great! 💁🏼♀️ Today I hit legs and had an awesome workout 🙌🏼 I haven’t really used preworkout since before basic training except for when I tried the bang energy drinks a couple times, but the carbonation in those made my stomach feel not so hot🤢 so I decided to try a new preworkout today called stim lord👌🏼 (I only took half a scoop cause no joke it’s pretty intense😳) anddd it got me so hyped that I’m actually thinking about doing a two-a-day lift with some back and bi’s later tonight lol 😂

I was planning on going to the gym tonight but PT this morning killed me 😳 Sooo instead I’m just gonna eat food and sleep 😂 Rest days are important anyways lol

Gak bisa di pungkiri permasalahan terbesar pada wanita adalah seputar perut buncit. Selain harus menjaga makan tentunya harus rajin2 olahraga terutama workout. .
Ini adalah gerakan yg sangat mudah utk di ikuti. Awalnya memang berat tp klo kita lakukan pelan2 dam rutin pasti membuahkan hasil. Apalagi buat yang memang tidak sempat ke gym atau sport center setidaknya ini minimal yg bisa dilakukan.
Utk pemula lakukan dalam hitungan 10 x 3set utk setiap gerakan.
Klo sdh terbiasa bisa ditambah menjd 15 x 3set lalu 20 x3set dst... .
