Issa New Week!!
Many of us are excited about a new week and starting afresh.
Thats a Good MINDSET!!. But by midweek, our mindset has changed, we are nolonger focused on the goals we set at the beginning of the week.
But, what if we lived each day excited to hit our goals, just each day instead of looking at a whole new week.
That way we shall keep our energy relatively the same as itwas at the beginning of the week and before we know it, we’ve hit 80%-100% of our goals by the end of the week.
That’s what i do, try it amd lemme know if it works 👊🏾
Have some motivation for your Monday 🙋🏼♀️⛅️ you’re not bringing 100% all of the time but you’re putting one foot in front of the other and that’s enough. Stop comparing yourself to other people’s journeys because this is your own. You are a product of your mindset - it can either make or break you ✨
Peaceful, quiet, relaxing morning yoga sessions listening to the birds chirping, seeing how the harsh breeze blows the delicate leaves off the trees as they fall one by one down to the seashell filled gravel near the shores of the still cold waters of the nearby lake and wondering how & why there is a single lonely duckling swimming in the middle of the wintery cloud reflecting waters of the lake!
Taking some much needed time to unwind and center myself by the side of this stunning view that nature oh so kindly provided for us.
Rest is so important but so underrated, make sure that you all are also taking some time to yourselfs doing something that benefits your mind & soul.
