↟↟↟I would be lying if I said meditation didn't change my life. It honestly saved it. I've been practicing meditation for almost two years now, and trust me, it hasn't been an easy road!
When I talk to most people about meditation, I often hear "my mind doesn't work that way," "I can't get myself to think about nothing," and the best one "it's impossible."
Hate to break it to you guys (jk actually stoked to break it to you guys) but meditation is ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE, and for ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE.
It's a fact. Your brain is not special. It is just as capable of slowing down as any modern mystic or saint is capable of going out and partying should they choose to do so...
Check out “Why Meditate?” on my blog for my favorite guided meditations and how meditation changed my life *link in bio* #wildbynature#365daysofREAL

Yesterday I met a random guy who told me that he loved my hair and that he’s always had a thing for redheads since the “lady in the red dress movie” @juliaroberts. Tonight after seeing that movie 5 million times (I’m probably not even exaggerating) I saw @prettywoman The MUSICAL on Broadway. As a sweet surprise (to me) the incredible @adampascal was in for Andy Karl this week. I was already beyond excited to see the amazing @samanthabarks (Eponine is Les Mis) but Adam put me over the top. What an experience. (IF you don’t know who Adam is he is OG Roger from Rent.)

From Hội An with love! 💛🇻🇳
In Hội An this weekend? Do yourself a favour and eat a bowl of cau lầu for me 🤤
I’ve been waiting a longggg time to try this Hội An noodle speciality! I mean, hand-cut noodles tossed with sliced pork, crunchy rice crackers, local greens, and tasty broth has my name written all over it 🍜
Anyway cao lầu has been eaten since the 17th century and the real kicker is that the rice noodles get their brown colour and flavour from using water from a top secret ancient Cham well, just outside the town. Yes, like lower the bucket into the wishing well type of well. How neat is that? 😲
OMG 🥳 That twirl you do when one of your @YouTube videos hits 1,000+ views... ahhh! 😲 THANK YOU for the support, love & good vibes while I’ve been putting myself out there on #video the last year... I put my blood, sweat & tears into the content I create, and the fact that you watch, care (and please, share, share, share) keeps me going! And if you haven’t watched or subscribed yet on YouTube, what are you waiting for? 😉 Tap the #linkinbio and make my day even brighter ✨💕 Just an FYI, I have ZERO ads & I make no money off my channel — what matters to me is & always has been #inspiring my viewers, so I’d love to hear whatever comments or questions you have. Last but not least, I have another reason to #celebrate... this girl is going to #cartagena#colombia in March! Send your must-visits my way 🇨🇴
📍Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 🇻🇳 Yesterday I took half a day to explore the tunnels of Củ Chi (a massive network of connecting tunnels located in Saigon, which are part of a much larger network of tunnels that lie below much of the country). The tunnels were used by local soldiers as hiding spots during combat; serving as supply routes, hospitals, food and weapon storage as well as living quarters for local fighters. The tunnel systems were so important to the local soldiers in their resistance to US forces, it’s a must see if you want to understand how Vietnam used what they had available to them against the growing US military in the war.
A congestion cold has snuck up on me again 🤒 so I’ve also snuck in rooftop pool hang outs, and afternoon siestas.
P.S - Vietnam has beef and it exceeds this farm girls expectations! 🤤🇻🇳 💕 ✌🏻

The last year has been a year of sowing seeds in dry dirt under a hot sun. A lot of care and love and water has been put into those fields.
I lost a lot of crop or two. Sometimes I lost my faith in my ability to grow something because everyone else’s crops were so beautiful. They’re able to share their crops in ways that really matter.
And here I am, bent over a small patch of earth, begging my seeds to grow. Mud under my fingernails, permanent. A slave to a system that I have no control over – the workings of the earth below me. What do I know? Who am I to curse the sun for shining down, the clouds for withholding rain, the soil for drying?
I realize I could possibly take care of my plot of land for my whole life and never see anything grow. That happens to people. Some people just live in the wrong climate, or they use the wrong fertilizer. Or they don’t care if anything grows or they sleep under an Ash tree, hat pulled over their eyes.
But I have this desperate hope that my seeds will grow. That I too, can share my crops with those around me. That the dry soil will be worked into a softer earth, richer with nutrients, maybe a space where someone else can come and plant their seeds.
And under the Ash tree we will share some bread or maybe a crisp, sharp apple and we will laugh against the fear, and the sun will be kind.

Fate mate. Volunteered at Lost Paradise solo to luckily get put randomly in @emilyandrews9 pontoon. Could not have imagined the festival without her and her crew and luckily some live in Sydney. Today we explored the harbor only to find out she got certified a year ago with @mojodivers while I was working there. We were on the boat together, she dove with all my mates, I even had snapped “portrait” pics of the day on my phone for our social page. Turns out we’ve met before, only to re-meet unknowingly and unexpectedly again in the middle of a random valley on the outskirts of Sydney. Small world folks, loving this place so much already💙

Garden island girl 🌺🌴🌸
Already fallen in love with Kauai 😍😭 I love how laid back and low key it is here, it’s not like any other island I’ve been too. Bonus points when my hubby and his BF showed up at the airport to pick me up with these leis for me! 😭😭😍😍

“Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure that the impact lasts in your absence” - Sheryl Sandberg, COO, Facebook
Just spent the day speaking to a bunch of high school leadership students about being an Entrepreneur, Leadership and how we started in this business. It’s so incredible to be able to share our story and learnings with the next generation!
Also I learned that Snapchat is very much still alive in high school. Funny I deleted the app the second IG Stories came out. Should I download the app again? 🤔
