i just want you to know that you are strong, talented and so very worth the effort. effort is key. you will get screwed over by so many people before something just clicks. but you arent alone. not just by me saying i am here for support but the society we live in has been made by people screwing other people over. it just sucks it has to effect us all this much. you are going to go far. don't let that spark go out babe.

It's really cold and damp in the great NW. This is the dreaded weather we grew up with here and just accept as normal. Absolutely trying hard to ignore the fact that there are parts of the world at this very moment that are warm, tropical and sunny 😂 .... Bella and me are staying super warm and cuddly. Eat healthy fall winter nourishing whole unprocessed foods, take vitamins, micro nutrients, herbs, teas, hot spices in your foods, less cold or raw foods when it's fall and winter. Your body needs warmth externally and internally. I personally for 15 years follow TCM food theory and you can google it too because food IS medicine! Practice less stress if possible and spend a few minutes a day slowing down your mind, body and soul. For women make sure to get more blood building foods or vitamins ( iron, b12, folate & vit c = make blood ) blood deficiency creates a weaker body and immune system. Methylfolate and methylcobalamin are the best synthetic forms folate and B12, especially if like me you have what's called a genetic DNA MTFHR abnormality, unable to absorb and transform folic acid and cynocoblamin that turns toxic to your CNS... just get the Methyl forms to avoid any extra bs and absorbs better for anyone with or without DNA MTFHR issues. Take vit C, zinc picolinate or gluconate or glycinate 15mg a day all others are not good, magnesium citrate or glycinate are good 400mg a day but best is pure magensium oil rubbed on the skin, probiotics a simple formula you don't need to go 70 billion and 40 stains crazy and can make you sick or worse if you suffer from a weak immune system or autoimmune disorders. So 1,5 or 10 strains and 5 or 10 billion a day is enough and remember to start slow as you may experience herxing effects if you suffer from candida infection so google how to properly take probiotics. Eat garlic and ginger, fermented foods, vit d 2000 to 5000 mg a day. Cut down on processed sugar foods or snacks, loads of healthy mushrooms and stay properly hydrated. All good things strengthen your immune systems. This my heartfelt advice to you all for these cold months 😊
