So since Gaige was born he has had pooping issues. I know it's not uncommon but it's definitely something you don't want your kids to deal with. But I also didn't feel comfortable giving me child Miralax on the reg... (leave some in a cup over night and tell me if youd give it to your child) So I started having him take these once a day. Today marks Week 3 and while we were driving home he told me "hey mom. You know how it's always been hard for me to poop... well recently... it's not hard at all.. it just.. comes out! Like it's not hard to poop anymore!" 🥑LIGHTNING FAST GUAC🥑
In 12 seconds flat! Well, probably more like 1 minute, but still fast. You don’t have to get all fancy to make #yummy guacamole
2 lime wedges
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Slice around the pit longways on the avocado. Twist and pull apart. Chop your knife (carefully) into the pit and twist and remove it. Use the tip of your knife to cut a grid pattern into the avocado halves. Scoop it out with a spoon. Squeeze lime wedges and add salt. Stir only if you like it chunky. Mash it with a fork if you like it smoother. Voila!!!!
Of course you can add other things like red onion, garlic, cilantro, or chili flakes, but don’t knock the simple guac until you try it. It’s pretty damn good.
