DON'T RELY ON WILLPOWER!
Too many people rely on willpower to make better food choices.
Willpower is a limited resource. You can't keep relying on willpower. It may get you going in the beginning but then you need to have healthy habits in place for when it runs low.
This is why most of us have good intentions to eat better on a Monday, then fall into poor eating habits at the weekend.
Controlling your food environment is one way to stop relying so much on willpower.
We've written a Free e-book on easy ways to manage your food environment to stop having to rely on willpower.

2011 was my biggest tipping point in life.
I went from poor mindset, hungry belly to RAGE. Nothing pushes you better than an empty pocket and an empty heart. Some people break towards drugs, streets and dark people. They simply, drown. They let themselves drown.
I broke down, too. I was broke and broken. Only, I said - NO MORE. I'LL FIGHT THIS THROUGH!
EVERYTHING I NEED IS INSIDE OF ME. And so, I DECIDED to break all the limits in my mind. I KNEW I'M CREATED FOR MORE, I KNEW MY HEART DESERVES ABUNDANCE. I was one with that belief. I said to myself, YOU CAN BE WHATEVER YOU WANT, YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, AND YOU CAN HAVE WHATEVER YOU WANT.
I went from poor and alone, to living in Dubai, traveling every day for 7 years. I've seen more than 80 countries and visited over 150 cities. I checked out so many 5* resorts and hotels. My Facebook had more than a 100 travel albums. One year passed, and I decided NOT TO DROWN IN SUCH LIFESTYLE AND COMFORT. I *disappeared* from FB for more than 4 years. People judged me. But I didn't care. I went and pursued my pilot's license in USA, wrote and published book for kids without parents also in USA, I did charity work in Africa, did skydive, Ifly, handgliding, pursued motivational public speaking, NLP, coaching licenses. I worked SO HARD outside my regular job. I gave up sleep, sometimes food, losers, energy vampires, energy wasters, people with NO VISION, NO VALUE and dedicated myself TO BUILDING **ME. Focusing is the most difficult and the most important process when building your dream.
So, to get your dream come true, YOU MUST KNOW YOURSELF, YOU MUST FOCUS, YOU MUST REFUSE TO BE DENIED AND YOU MUST BE READY TO PAY WITH SWEAT AND TEARS.
Because in the end, IT'S WORTH IT.... PS. I promised my dad I'll fly one day. And when he died I put my favorite flying stick key chain in his coffin and made sure I don't fail him. Or myself. Bottom line is, YOUR DREAM IS WAITING FOR YOU, AND IT'S NOT ABOUT WHETHER YOU CAN, IT'S ABOUT WHETHER YOU WILL.
