"21/90 rule" played an important part in my life. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle.
Now half of you already read about this somewhere as a quote or watched on some youtube channel but never worked on it or thought of its just a number or only good for reading.
But trust me it works, it works phenomenally. It took me 7 months to understand why I am not able to execute it, why I am not able to break my procrastination habit, sleep pattern, not able to wake up in morning or always on phone at night instagram addiction or weekend parties or not able to achieve my to-do list. But when I found the answer it actually worked and things started falling into places and life turned around.
Answer was very simple - "will power" just two words but toughest two words I have ever faced. You aren't willing to do that. You wish to change your lifestyle for your habits but you don't want it. There is fine line between wish and want.You wish to have a big mansion and car but you want to sleep and party on the weekends. WISH and WANT two different things but same meaning inside your head.
Therefore, I challenge you to eliminate one habit and add a good habit like reading a book, eating a fruit at lunch, jogging or u just want to wake up in morning. Just straight away go for 21 days no sundays no national holidays nothing. Just execute and leave the overthinking and overanalysing cheat code.

2014 vs. 2018 it took me at least a year and a half to lose the extra 10 lbs I was lugging around, to you it might not sound like a lot but I felt uncomfortable in my skin. My clothes didn’t fit right, I was bloated and in pretty severe pain at least a week out of every month. .
I started running again and doing yoga and lost some, but was still having a hard time getting back into a fitness routine!!

Seja mano, mina, mona, cis, trans, hétero, pan (.......), todxs nós, enquanto seres humanos, temos uma energia super forte “lá embaixo”. Falando de sexo biológico, essa história de que homem tem mais energia sexual é tudo conspiração. A diferença é que eles tiveram (têm?) mais liberdade de viver esses impulsos do que as mulheres, sabe? A energia sexual - ou o que chamamos popularmente tesão - é também a nossa fonte de energia vital. Aquela coisa que faz a gente ter vontade de levantar da cama todos os dias e ir atrás dos nossos objetivos, vem da base do nosso corpo, da região da nossa pelve. Não é à toa que quando não vivemos a nossa sexualidade de forma plena ou estamos em algum relacionamento que drena nossa energia sexual, essa baixa de frequência influencia todas as áreas da nossa vida. Não é à toa que depois de uma noite gostosa a gente chega empolgado no trabalho. “Pensar com a cabeça de baixo” significa agir conforme o instinto, conforme nossa energia vital, nosso impulso pra vida.
