Autumn has a real softness and yielding quality, the trees lose their leaves to nourish the earth as we start to descent into the yin energy. We can use these natural qualities to explore releasing tension, unhelpful patterns and habits in a spacious and nourishing practice, where over the 2.5 hrs we explore softness and presence through qigong, yoga, pranayama and meditation to deepen our understanding of ourselves and the holding patterns that we can release. This beauty from the weekend. Made Italian style aka continental. Layers of fluffy vanilla sponge brushed with Galliano, Galliano infused vanilla & chocolate Italian pastry cream then finished off with crushed toasted almonds. To say this thing was heavy is an understatement 😅

It appears that all we do in class is RELAX - well partly :) Yoga is much more than that. The calm we see at the end of a class is a MUST.
As well as that the whole body works very hard through strong flows for de-stressing the whole body, Core focus for back strength & over balancing poses to assist in better balance/concentration.
